Most amazing site yet

Ordered once, went fine. Ordered a second time, never acknowledged, never accepted my payment, contacted customer service, got ghosted by customer service and then had my order cancelled. Even when they were responding, it was absolutely horrible service.

1. **Budder Product**: The budder I received was extremely hard and rock-like in consistency, which is not typical for this type of concentrate. This raises questions about the manufacturing or storage process that may have affected its quality.

2. **Live Resin**: The live resin has been exploding or bursting open even in unopened packaging. This appears to be due to inadequate or improper containers, which could pose a safety risk during handling and storage.

3. **Diamonds**: The diamonds have a strong butane taste, suggesting potential residual solvents from the extraction process that were not properly purged.

4. **Shatter**: The shatter appears brown and discolored, which is inconsistent with properly cured products. Additionally, it has a noticeable butane aftertaste and smell, indicating incomplete curing or purging. I am particularly concerned about the potential health risks associated with consuming products that may contain unsafe levels of butane or other contaminants, as this has led to adverse effects in my case.

I have photographic evidence of these issues that I would be happy to provide upon request, as it further illustrates the problems described. It is disappointing that these products do not meet the expected standards, and I believe there is a responsibility to clearly inform customers about any potential risks or quality inconsistencies.

I kindly request that you investigate these matters promptly and provide a resolution, such as a full refund, product replacement, or details on corrective actions being taken to prevent future occurrences. If these concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I may need to escalate the issue through appropriate channels, including legal recourse, to protect myself and other consumers.

Placed an order,the label was created but the package never went anywhere, been buying from this company for awhile now, and I always got my orders. Just wondering what happened here?

I have been with this company for years. They have great products for a great price I am a customer for life!

Never had problems with them before.always good stuff. This order canada post is on strike and they use to ship purolator but this time they shipped my order with Canada post while on strike. Hopefully I don't have to wait 3 weeks like the last time they went on strike. If it happens again they 100% lost a good customer forever. I would of happily paid the purolator shipping instead of waiting on stupid canada post. I ordered of Wednesday and my order still hasn't been processed. I am not very happy. Monday and Friday they ship purolator and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by Canada Post. Now let the waiting begin.

They have always been great. In about 4 or 5 years of purchasing from them i have had very few issues. However more recently, its been a nightmare.

On Feb 15 I placed an order and promptly sent my payment via btc.

It took until feb 18th to confirm my payment, and then my order sat on hold, on the 21st i got an email that it was processed but didnt get tracking til the 28th.

As of today, March 6th, the parcel hasn't shipped.
The owner of site said he lost the parcel before shipping, keep in mind it was lost BEFORE it shipped. He lost it. And admitted that. It shouldnt be hard for Him to pack a new box, and ship it. But he claimed he was looking for the parcel. On Saturday, he msgd saying my payments never arrived and asked for screenshot proof, which I provided. I even sent screenshots and screen recordings of his bitcoin wallet showing my transactions arrived to him successfully, on Tuesday March 4th he said he will fix the issue but needs more time. This has been nearly a month, my money is gone, he's given a million excuses, once saying he didnt get the payment, then he can't contact his crypto guy, he lost the parcel, went back to saying he didnt get the money, was provided evidence the money was recieved at his wallet, and is now saying he needs time? Wtf is going on? Im sure I've been scammed?

Hey I got some fruity pebbles live resin high thc content even had a few diamonds forming. Great for relaxing after a long day hits you.right behind your eyes then your body shortly after. Got a bag of purple diamonds weed was purple and lots of crystal but taste wasn't to my liking nothing horrible just not my preference

I placed an order on April 9 at 9:40am, they accepted my payment the same day at 10:11am but they never sent a payment confirmation or shipped my order. There's no phone number and I'm afraid they I'm out over $220!!!! I've sent 3 emails with no response. Next step is reporting to BBB.

They generally can help uou with most of you're needs and are very friendly and quick to deliver however I have had o. Occasionally my free gift not sent or promotional option unavailable to me . But other then that good reliable place to get weed for fair prices

Have used them several times now. Great service and great product. Bulk discounts. Up front and clear descriptions of products. What is not to like. Will keep using them.

Second time ordering and so far no complaints. good pruduct came a day early. ordered eight 14gram jar of live resin and all of them are great. amazing prices too will definitely be a regular buyer. keep it up!!!!!

Good stuff I would like to see how this works

I find the pricing great, the product I ordered was exactly what was in the description. I ordered the Gorilla glue 2, the nep hash and 14 grams of concentrate D9. All the products are great.
The only issue I have is more Canada Post, I live in the same city and the vendor. The mailed on the 8th, package tracking showed delivery on the 9th did not arrive and now showed delivery for the 11th. Starting in the same city the delivery the went half way across the country to Winnipeg. Great site will use it again and again, hopefully Canada Post will clean up their act.

Ecxcellent service always reliable, good product, highly recommended to friends, every order is always anticipated with joy lol
