Great atmosphere and lovely staff

Love this bingo Hall always made to feel welcome. The slot hosts are very active aswell especially on a Wednesday evening. Always helpful and very thorough when they are cleaning the machines.

scammers stay away. change me different prices on same days double the price.when I reported it I get fed a load of rubbish by the manager. when I reported it online they brushed me off. I get emails through and when I play online they don't stick to there promotions . they get you spending money and you don't get what they say they will give you. stay away from this company

My first time at Buzz Bingo, Bradford today, and I loved it.
The staff there are so lovely - every single one of them that we had contact with. They are a credit to the way the manager runs the club.
The club is really pleasant with two areas in which you can play bingo. One is the normal quiet area most bingo halls have and the other is where you can chat away to your heart's content and is by the bar, slots, etc, and has a buzzer on the table to call bingo.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much the prize money was and had a nice little £30 win to finish off my day.
I'll definitely be back!

First time I visited. Luckily I'm only a visitor in bradford. Humid Hall. Lots of chatting and laughing. Even the caller and floor staff joined in..at one stage when soneone was talking. clearing your table whilst your playing.... noisy food carts collecting dishes....
Man never stopped snorting sitting opposite me .

That's the good points.....

This was my first time playing bingo for almost 10 years. Naturally, I’m familiar with the game - how hard can it be, right? The registration period upon arrival was swift and prompt - even for me. There are, however, lots of different options available; such as if you require electronic devices or prefer the old school pen and paper option (I opted for the latter); various different games within the games themselves. We constantly felt the need to ask the assistant’s whether the games on screen were our games to play - nothing was ever clear. On the topic of clear, the MC was not - sounded like your average school disco DJ. Most probably nothing to do with his ability to pronounce, just poor audio quality.

Anyway, I digress. Fortunately, I won a house on the 5th game. I did my best to shout “here” and I’m sure I waived my hand frantically whilst pondering over the seemingly winning slip, just to ensure that I had actually won. Now here’s the thing, do NOT confuse pub bingo with commercial bingo, like I did. Before I knew it, the next game had already started. I had no choice but to stop playing the next game in order to flag down the female assistant. I made it clear that I had won a house on my last game, and had verbally suggested that I had won (along with another player) - but no one came over to check the ticket. She made it abundantly clear that the game was closed and so was my case, seemingly - disappointing. This was the same woman who was very quick to ensure me and my partner was signed up to buzz bingo, ensuring all available, saleable add-ons were promoted (cost of dabbers/extra games etc), but sadly she had no time to consider what had happened - BOOK CLOSED, literally.

I wasn’t prepared to leave it there. I flagged down Daryl. Now Daryl is a credit to Buzz Bingo, Tong. Not because he expressed empathy towards what had happened. Not because I eventually received my winnings, but because every single time we had a question regarding our first experience at Buzz Bingo, he was on hand to explain things through - nothing was too much trouble with Daryl - exceptional Customer Service.

The Manager, Andrew, was equally as good and understanding. He acknowledged the issue and paid me my winnings after some deliberation. Thanks again, Andrew.

The lady behind the bar (Nicole?) was lovely, too. Never underestimate a service with a smile.

Overall, Buzz Bingo is a great place to spend an evening with friends. But I just wish they could consider that not all players in the room are frequent Buzz Bingo players.

FYI - Daryl deserves a pay rise and/or promotion.
