Always attend the branch at the metrocentre and the staff are brilliant can’t fault anything wrong with them if there’s something wrong then they are straight on it

Advertised Jackpots can be reduced!
Being a regular visitor to Buzz Bingo you can imagine my excitement when my sharing Buzz Bingo friend shouted for the advertised jackpot of £3,200. However, we were absolutely devastated when collecting our winnings at the end of the evening as we were told there had been a mistake and were paid out £2,000 less. Despite bringing this matter up with customer services they offered free bingo tickets instead. £2,000 is an enormous amount of money and the chances of winning that will be very slim. Sad really as it it usually a good time to meet with friends as well as pocketing a little bit of cash.

People keeping seats putting crisps and…
People keeping seats putting crisps and satsumas on boards to keep tables then people coming in last minute needs to stop. Toilets stink need revamped. People standing at entrasmoking then when you come out you have you walk through cloud of smoke
