Hi there Jessica,
I am sorry to hear of any disappointment following your time in our Rotherham club.
Our rules of play for club do advise a verbal shout to ensure that the caller is alerted and the game is paused when there is a win, however with touchpads there is a claim button that can be pressed and a verbal shout is only advisory in addition to this.
Thank you for your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Tia

Another fantastic visit. This time experienced emma o grady Madonna, nat and Pearl on front desk. Very helpful. I was really impressed. Very polite and accommodating. Made the night better. Well done to all 4 of you. Not always negativity needs to be shared. Sometimes a little gesture of the review when the experience was great like ours.

Faulty machine turned off while I was playing a bonus on £2 stake took the club 10 days to partially rectify. At first said I won nothing then offered me £2 then offered me 178.40 still not correct as you cannot win 40p on monster catch at £2 stake its impossible.
Simon branch manager was rude arrogant and speaks like customers are dirt on his shoe over the phone but quiet as a mouse when your in the club or hides.
Will never return here no apology or nothing I have fully released videos and phone recordings will not remove until rectified by head office massive hits for my YouTube channel and support and it seems it's a common theme in buzz bingo in the south
