rented a powerbank for one day as visitor to netherlands, small issue with app meant I couldn’t return it - however, customer service was very accomodating. powerbanks tjemselves are easy to sign out and work well.
Many locations and any technical issues ( mostly from my end) were resolved easily and quickly through friendly helpful customer service

Buzz power bank rental is quick, easy, and reliable. You grab a fully charged power bank from any station via the app, use it for a few hours at a fair price, and return it to any other station. The power banks charge fast, have multiple cables, and the whole process is very convenient for staying charged on the go. Great service!

When you load more as one hour, you pay 6!!! euro to charge your batterie to 65%, not for me anymore, to expensive these boyzzz

We can offer you a better option through the app: rentals there are about 33% cheaper. And if you use it regularly, we also have a subscription for €9/month — that’s basically the cost of one day of rental.
This is a life saver, I don’t need to worry about my charging device when I know I can find Buzz everywhere

Very simply and easily can use the powerbanks all around the Netherlands! I was running low on battery in Rotterdam and took a powerbank to train and return it in Amsterdam. How convenient!
