They then demand tax payments, and with each interaction, your score decreases by 4 points. This leaves you with significant losses, as you'll be required to maintain a certain balance 1000 USDT for each point just to try and access your funds.

Additionally, it is nearly impossible to reach any management representatives; they operate as a group of scammers. They may even employ deceptive tactics, including the use of a supposed associate from Hong Kong who claims to help you increase your funds.
Please reconsider using this platform and share this message to ensure others are informed.

It's a scam. I withdrew my money may 13, they say it will process on may 14, 13:00 but today may 15, i still dont have any update about my withdrawal, my Balance is still zero on my coinsph

Don't invest in this platform. you can see the BTC on the website but when you check it on bitref.com your total balance is 0. I've sent feedback several times but no one is responding.

I processed a withdrawal on April 28,2020, Tuesday and confirmed my withdrawal through email. Moments later another email advising of suspicious activity requesting for documentation. After submitting the documents, it said that it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. After a week of follow-up via email. My coins are still being held and no support feedback, no support contact number. SCAM.

Once you want to withdraw your money here they will trigger automatic the KYC and all of the activity will stop so in short even you submit the documents they needed your withdrawal will be pending :( no customer service no response from their email but once you deposits they will email you right away something not right isnt? so BEWARE ON THIS SITE!!!!!

I honestly thought this website was legit. But after the news about Aiza Mercado being involved with this, it’s a shame that a lot of people can’t withdraw their money back.

The funny thing is, myprofitrobot might also be owned and managed by their team.

No customer support for an exchange is very weird. Also, she knows pretty much about the schedule for withdrawals, maintenance, etc for bxtcoin. But there are no status updates on the website.

It's a fairly new trading platform and as expected there will be flaws yet being able to navigate thru does kind of circumstances and applying necessary actions makes it a bit comfortable to use as a trading platform.
