Love our BYD Seal.... BYD Exter were great handing the car over etc but Unfortunately we have hit a problem with our car where both keys have been deleted from our phones and also remote control access to the car is now non existent. I have raised this problem with BYD since the problem began a couple of weeks after driving our car away we are now month 4 of ownership and still we have not got a resolution and we are still without remote control to our car. Freddie at Exter is lovely and very helpful this is not a review in Freddie because he has been great. But, we are really annoyed that we do not have remote control access to our car. BYD is anyone able to help with this? Car registration is WF25NPY. Thanks

Popped down to the Exeter BYD today with my two young boys, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and patient especially with my two young boys who had definitely made a friend for life with one of the ladies!! Such a warm welcome from all the team and thank you so much for your time! The car was mega too!

What a lovely company to do business with. Dropped in on the off chance as we were in Marsh Barton actively looking at other brands. I think it took us about 5 minutes to realise that we'd made a very good move. An hour later we'd made our purchase and 2 days later we collected it. Thank you Gemma for the effortless and seamless experience ! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, added to which the car is brilliant

It was a really good experience buying my BYD Dolphin from the Exeter show room. I had researched the make and kind of car I want and noticed that there were several on sale at Exeter. Gemma helped me through deciding which one would suit me best and then when I went to pick it up it was all ready, clean and sparkling with a rosette on it! She then helped me through the paperwork and all the controls and I was able to drive it away that day. I was so happy with my new eV.

Highly recommend these guys. Had a wonderful experience with a purchase and the customer service since then has been very good. Also, their cars are amazing if you don't already know.

The service I received was top quality

I absolutely love my new all electric Dolphin Surf. It’s been a great experience buying it. Bit daunting at first as very different from my petrol Ford Focus. No handbrake, no ignition key, no clutch, no gears. Just all positive responsive driving. It’s a pleasure to be out in it.

I have always purchased new cars and I have never been to a showroom that has given me so much time, attention and brilliant service. Every single person working at Exeter was friendly, kind and considerate, they all introduced themselves even if they weren't the person making the sale. I was not pressured into the purchase and I was given the opportunity to look around for as long as I wanted. I opted for the Dolphin Design which is a pleasure to drive. Every question I asked was answered constructively. Thank you to you all especially Ruth who dealt with my purchase.

Wonderfully welcoming as soon as we walked through the door, whilst not being pushy so felt free to browse and get the feel of each model available. We dealt with Simon and Michael and they went the extra mile when they did not have the colour combo we were interested in so they went to their stock area, some drive away, and bought us one so we could see it. Ended up buying a car from them and cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

We were welcomed as soon as we stepped inside to enquire about the cars. Although I had cancelled my test drive as running late we still managed to have one😊Simon Wingfield was a brilliant salesman explaining different things and answering questions without been pushy. We ended up buying an ato3 the same afternoon. The quickest we have ever bought a car!! We picked it up 4 days later and Simon yet again spent time explaining all the controls which the mechanics had already set up for us and he made sure the ap was on my phone and working correctly before we left.

I travelled 200 miles to collect the car and was not disappointed the car is exceptional
Freddie, Michael,Ryan and the team were extremely attentive and it is rare to write a review on customer care and service that exceeds one’s expectations but they really did surpass my expectations

Staff at marsh Barton, Exeter were extremely helpful. Simon wingfield spent about 3 hours with me assisting me and answering all my questions and took me for a test drive. Very helpful throughout.
