In November 2024, I subscribed to the BypassAI website (bypassai.ai). I requested the cancellation of my subscription by email after realizing there was no clear cancellation option or dedicated page on the platform.

Despite having sent a proper cancellation request and not having accessed or used the service since then, they continued to charge my card monthly for the subscription fee. I only realized this continuous billing when, this month, they sent me a message informing me that the payment was declined due to insufficient funds and suggested changing my payment method.

I tried to contact the website’s support again but did not receive a satisfactory response. Now, they are only offering a refund for three months (out of a total of one year), even though I did not use the service during the entire period.

I emphasize that I requested the cancellation before any renewals and, according to the site’s own terms and conditions, cancellation can be requested at any time via the official email, which I did.

I request a full refund of the unduly charged amounts, final cancellation of my subscription, and a formal response to this complaint. I am attaching all communication records and bank statements.

They didn’t deliver what was promised. I used less than 10% of the total word limit just for testing. I cancelled the service less than an hour later and requested a refund.
After several attempts, they offered only a 50% refund and removed the remaining words from my account.

Very disappointing, I tried to change the same text a couple of times because it inserted unnecessary words into it and because of that I can't use it because it says you have reached the monthly limit.
