I bought a pair of Bypollyanna sandals last summer and loved them so much that I’ve already bought two more pairs this year!
I genuinely live in them, they are quite literally the only shoes you need, whether you’re at home or heading off on holiday. They’re incredibly versatile and look just as gorgeous dressed up for an evening as they do styled casually during the day.

They arrived super quickly and were beautifully packaged, which made the whole experience feel extra special.

An absolute dream of a product from a fabulous small business. I couldn’t recommend them more, once you have one pair, you’ll want them all!

BEWARE - this shop is a scam!

Claire Lopez advertises their products and discount codes, which are then not honoured by the shop.
Really disappointed by this sort of behaviour, shameless really!!!

Polly promised to process the refund for the 15% off discount code, she then posted my order and never even bothered to say she won’t process the discount.
When asked she then claimed that “we do not have any discount code matching the one you showed us”, despite confirming on the phone that she will process the discount.
This is beyond any words!

Ordered two items Bank Holiday Monday and have received two days later, gorgeous sweatshirt and hoodie, great quality for the price and speedy delivery!

I returned an item outside of the 2 week date, but unfortunately it then took about 5 emails and 6 weeks to get a replacement item sent out. Poor Customer Service response.
