We had to order 50 servers for a new project plus one dedicated server, and we needed everything ready fast. Philip replied almost instantly and Malthe helped us figure out the right setup. They cloned the first machine for us so we did not have to set up all 50 from scratch, which saved us a ton of time.All the servers were delivered in just a few hours and the dedicated one was ready even faster than we expected. Everything worked right away and they fixed a small config issue on one of the servers without any drama.Honestly great experience. We will definitely buy from them again.

Honestly super happy with ByteHosting. Every time I needed help they replied in like 30 mins, super fast and actually helpful. Prices are crazy cheap and the panel’s got loads of features. Can’t complain at all, just a really good service.

Great and fast Support + Cheap
My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. The purchase was quick and seamless and I could start working on the VPS almost instantly. Support is fast and nice to work with and the team behind is always looking for ways to make it better. Due to their deals that happen often you can get great permanent deals.

I had a terrible experience with ByteHosting.cloud. Despite paying on time, my VPS was shut down for over 48 hours without notice, causing major disruptions to my hosting business.

Support is non-existent—it seems like one person runs the company and takes hours or even days to respond. Totally unacceptable for a hosting provider.

If you need reliable service and real support, stay away from this company. 0/10 – Not recommended.

I tried their vps service for 1 day and asked for my right for a refund and they said they'd give me a refund, I forgot about it since I 100% thought they'd take care of it but after 24 days of not getting my refund I reached out to them again on why it took long and they denied my refund in a rude way which is blatantly bad customer support, it was denied because a month has passed?, didn't you say that you'd refund me? if this is what happens for just a refund then I'm really against trusting or relying on this service.

The uptime is the best i've had with low-price providers. The only minor detail is that in my 7 days checking there sometimes seems to be ping lag (ms) but this has only happened once so far and is not an issue, NOT downtime, the specs (cpu/memory) that they provide are accurate and the owner is very generous.

Excellent vps for game hosting, used the vps for straight 3 months no downtime always uptime, 24/7 online working great!

I have been looking for a vps service like Bytehosting for years. They offer great value and the support is top notch, especially via discord. The server is performant and for the first time i have more ram than i need for a good price. They also offer free auto-backups, i was mindblown. Totally recommend this company.

The panels are very easy to use and very good prices

Cheap, fast VPS services. Purchased a few packages and the SLA has always been over 99%. There's a certain discord support person who should've been fired a long time ago and would probably be the only reason to consider a competitor. You know who you are.

Exactly 1 month ago I opened a ticket about how my server kept restarting randomly. Barely any technical support was provided, so I demanded a refund. They have wasted my time going back and forth about the matter, asking very simple questions that they can look up on their system (such as, what email did you use for payment).. I am still awaiting a refund, and will be taking further if not provided.
