I've been using Bytesized since 2013 and haven't ever thought to look elsewhere. Incredibly reliable, I can't remember there ever being a downtime. The 1 time I did have an account issue it was swiftly resolved with a conversation that felt more like talking to a person actually trying to help me than a company's cs rep. Highly recommended.

Have been with Bytesized almost since the start. The service is amazing, and the people are always helpful. The pricing has always been very competitive too. There was rarely ever downtime, and the team even helped with things I broke (usually Flexget) lol. They never make me feel foolish when the tech world advances further or faster than i could keep up, either. Thank you so much for so many amazing years!

KBs are available for most setup issues which are written in a way that you learn something rather than blindly following instructions.

I have been a customer of Bytesized and Animazing for a decade, and their service\uptime has never been anything short of impressive. There have been hiccups with database issue (usually my fault trying to automate things) and when a support ticket is made the true caring of this company shines and items are resolved. We've been using Bytesized for a good few years now. It's great for streaming, storage, sharing, and the apps you can bolt on make it really easy to use. I was apprehensive at first, but the learning curve was actually pretty small, and there's so much you can do with it.

The price is good, cheaper than anywhere else for the service you get, with almost zero downtime. I have 2TB for less than £30 and I share the space and Plex with my wife and father-in-law.

I've had to contact the customer service team maybe twice, and they've been quick and helpful both times. They clearly know what they're doing and believe in the service they offer.

In short: I can highly recommend it.

I'm a bytesized costumer for 4 years now, and except from one planned downtime when they moved my seedbox to the another server I can't remember any other issue on their side. Support if fast to answer any of my questions and they are quick in problem solving. Also prices are reasonable and they haven't changed in these past 4 years. I would recommend their services to anybody who is looking for reliable and stabile seedbox

Rock solid provider, have been a customer for years and watched them grow their business and product range. Bytesized have always been great to work with and nothing but fair, e.g. in gracefully side- or upgrading an account as new plans became available.

//edit 2026-05-10: Updated from 4 to 5 stars. Last I checked in late 2025 they did not offer payment via Monero. That's changed as they're now handling that via a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-based company called FD Transfers, LLC via their payment processor nowpayments.io.

The service has been great. The support staff are great at resolving issues. Very reliable and I've been using the service for years. Highly recommend.

This is a great service! Easy to setup, and easy to use. Billing is straightforward and clear. It makes having my private media library accessible from anywhere without all the hassle.

Excellent company, been using for eight years and it's a fantastic deal for an appbox service. They've also helped me when I've become a bit lost when it comes to shell commands and so on. Good (and updated often) walkthrough guides too to do it yourself.
