Easy website to navigate, simple instructions to purchase gin and wine, for 2 different friends as gifts. Delivery advice was updated at all times. I would definitely use this company again.

Easy to use, product came promptly, very reasonable prices.

Excellent. Have been drinking Ponche Caballero since the early 70s so was delighted to obtain a bottle in the UK.

Communication is excellent and the bottle arrived in a very effective air-filled wrapper (not bubblewrap) to protect against breakage. Highly recommended!

Tried to order more via click and collect but still had carriage fee.

Item was well presented, excellently packed and delivered and very quick service

I placed the order on 28th november and I still not received my parcel!! The delivery company is the worst company ever and the bythebottle I called them regarding my order if they can investigate the situation...the said will find out and they will send an e-mail...guess what? Nobe-mail, bo call, nobparcel.
The tracking number is not working anymore, the delivery company never called me regarding the order, I just received e-mail when will be delivery the parcel and I was waiting for that all day, at the end nothing, I choose to Collect the parcel, în the day when supposed to send to the point collection the tracking number not working, the parcel totally dissapeard!

I'm still waiting for this 2 company to tell my where is my parcel? So, Thank you so much for wasting my money and my time.

I'll never buy again from here!!

1) I was supposed to get “free delivery” based upon the size of my order, and was charged.
2) On not being able to correct this overcharge, I immediately replied using the ‘reply’ link provided. My reply was returned!
3) Once returned, I sent an E-Mail to the address listed, which was NOT returned.
4) As of today, I have received no response nor action to remedy the overcharge.
I think that I deserve at least the courtesy of a response, if not a refund.

They had the rare gin I like and provided a quick, efficient delivery.

Overall wasn't a bad experience. A little slow on the shipping of the bottle. Not sure whether 4 days (2 working) is norm. Was delivered to me next day though without issue.
The bottle didn't arrive in the wooden box it's shown with, I assume this is for packaging reasons. Haven't bought this one before so cannot confirm for 100% whether it's real. Looks legit with stickers and tag that's factory sealed though.

Overall, not a bad experience. Not a terrible shipping time but might also have fallen into weekend shipping costs with DHL. 8 quid is probably about right for next day delivery with DHL given the package type. I'm not massively knowledgeable though.
I did email them on the day before it got shipped and never got a response though so might just be coincidence and they thought there would be no need to respond. Cannot really give a negative rating on it for just that alone.
It wasn't 5 star experience, but above average/good 4 star.

Poncha caballero is an exceptional brandy the is difficult to purchase outside of Spain. Especially at an affordable price.
To be able to obtain from by the bottle is fantastic.

Delivery was prompt, but the bottles were 50 ml instead of 70 ml. Tried to contact the company several times without any luck.

Everything just ran smoothly and arrived when it said it would.
