Hello. Thank you for your review.
Regarding the AI chatbot, Michael Williams, not only is it continuously updated to include new functions and to further ease access to support, we also do have, on the Knowledge Base, the normal (natural) way of handling the Live Chat so that customers have access to the ticketing section. Sometimes, customers behave with a chatbot like it was a robot; the idea is that they talk normally on the Live Chat just like they would with a human.
This was probably your error.
Regarding upgrades stalling, these are now fixed with our new in-house designed platform, C-Servers EagleKey.
As for regarding support, you always recieve an automatic message at the e-mail stating that the support e-mail is only valid for ongoing tickets, not to create them, and that in order to create them it must be done on the website first; we had to deactivate that function, briefly activated in mid-February, due to incorrect, even abusive usage, by multiple users, sometimes to the extent of using automated e-mail sending warnings (!) to us. Not the expected behaviour.
Lastly, about the in-place support, we have now more support agents on the team and look forward to expand our support to 24 hour support - but real 24/7 support, not promised 24/7 support which then doesn't provide answers during night time, like other providers have.
For any further details, we are available at c-servers.co.uk.
Best regards,
C-Servers

After further review, this customer was terminated by C-Servers due to internal investigation finding several offences:
- Violation of the articles 3.1., 3.2./3.2.1. of the Terms and Conditions;
- Violation of the articles 2.3., 4.1., 4.5.24. of the Fair Usage Policy;
- Violation of the GDPR and KYC/AML laws in the United Kingdom, by registering as "Ling Ai", paying as "Joy Fox", and inserting a review for the first one named after the 2nd one;
- Fraudulent, misleading and deliberately false claims regarding the "Super RAM 32GB" plans and similar "Super RAM" plans, as C-Servers does not oversell RAM;
- Fraudulent, misleading and incorrect behavior, by falsely simulating that had attempted to contact Support and sent a ticket, when this never happenned since 27-03-2026 nor on 03-07-2026, and other customers had tickets sent, and answered, by our Support team, during this time, through the same mediums. The customer also ignored all automatic e-mails that were sent stating that tickets were *not* opened via e-mail, only at our Support website, a policy that had existed since mid-February.
The customer was duly terminated, blacklisted, and flagged for fraud with the competent counterparties, including all of the existing services.
However, since our investigation also found there was a 50/50 technical issue with the upgrades back in March 2026, C-Servers has graciously decided in customer's favor to refund the customer all applicable amounts, covering existing online services - even services outside of the 60-Day Money-Back Warranty.
Unfortunately, the customer's posture seen regarding false claims, Support utilization, incorrect information provided, ultimately dictated that termination and blacklisting were the only reasonable way to handle this customer - but at least the customer didn't get penalized and will now be able to use the refunded amounts to purchase a service elsewhere, where, if they accept him, such customer will surely be more satisfied.
For further details, all interested parties can report to our Terms and Conditions and our Fair Usage Policy, available at c-servers.co.uk.
Best regards,
C-Servers
