First I will start off positive: I'm grateful the transfer process was relatively easy and I'm so excited to have a sustainable pharmacy option. Also the customer service has been super responsive and informative in answering all my questions. I told my provider about this and they were excited also. I'm just a bit disappointed about the misinformation on the website regarding the backyard compostability of the refill packages (I confirmed with a Cabinet pharmacist through email that they're not actually backyard compostable yet even though the website says they are). Another note is it was frustrating to have to put separate orders through for OTC and prescription meds, so I paid shipping fees twice when I would have qualified for free shipping if they were combined. I'm also unsure if they will ship separately. I think overall this is such a great concept and there is room for improvement, but I am willing to support.

Update: I'm back with unfortunately one star less than I started and I truly dislike writing bad reviews especially when it's regarding a really important initiative but so far I am SO disappointed in Cabinet. I initially ordered a 60-day supply of prescription meds because of travel plans and they only sent a 30-day supply, without a refund or a notice until the day it was delivered. Also, I am trying to retrieve PDF receipts from the Orders page and I keep getting error pages saying to contact Customer Service for help. From having to put separate orders and wait for three separate deliveries to this, nothing about this has been a smooth experience and it truly feels like it is an uphill battle to achieve anything. I really really hope this company is able to get organized ASAP and improve multiple aspects of its service as it is an important concept but it seems that there is a long way to go.

I came to get some extra medium size bottles, and I got 6 of them, so I have plenty for my household needs.

Why the heck is shipping so expensive! I might as well get my prescriptions from Walgreens.

I buy pepcid and claritin over the counter but you only offer those under a prescription. The site is a little too complicated to select the items you want. If the items were just listed in alphabetical order instead of in categories such as digestive health, sleep, etc. it would be easier. Also there is no place for comments. I wanted to transfer my prescriptions now but they won't be due to be filled until January and February but there was no place to note that.

I was happy to order my meds, my card was charged, but it was not processed. Emails indicated processing was happening, but I only learned after calling that it had not processed. No reason was given.

You are my favorite mail order company! You make it easy to order. I love what you stand for. I am retired and disabled. It is difficult to get to a store. My allergies make me cough during the night. 2 of your Robitussen pills really help me get a good night's sleep. Thank you. I wish you continued success.

Cabinet makes transfers easy. I love the forever bottles and the compostable refill pouches.

I appreciate the opportunity to recycle rx bottles through this company's service. This summer, I ordered an rx recycling bag--there wasn't a cost associated and it was big enough to fit about 15 bottles. I ordered a new one last week--it now costs $10 shipping, which I am okay paying, though I do think most people will not want to do this. However, the bag is now much smaller and will only fit 4-5 bottles.

The BOGO sale allowed me to feel better about the shipping charge for my refill.

Love these so much! Can't wait to get them. I am wondering if the empty bottles have removable magnetic labels. Couldn't find info on in that.

The convenience of having a reusable glass bottle for your medications, that is also child proof, is a no brainer. I hope they are as convenient and as classy as the website shows them to be.

Their pharmacists coordinated well with my doctor to speed up the process. I received my prescription within 1 week in a mostly recyclable container. The paperwork in the delivery box could have been emailed to me and conserved resources. Unfortunately, they do not except HSA payments or insurance. Overall, they do great work to reduce plastic and I will continue supporting their cause.
