I have had the most wonderful experience of cabin master from start to finish. John in the Studley show room was so helpful in designing it and had the patience of a saint putting up with my every changing mind 😂

The install lads were so professional, text the afternoon before every day starting their arrival time, this was extremely helpful when you’re a family and need to make sure you are ready and prepared. They left the site clean afterwards, were so polite and chatty and genuinely nice lads to have working in your home who put you at ease. I’m so happy with my purchase. I compared 3 different companies and the quality and thickness of these walls at 15cm was by far the sturdiest and well built.

We had a great experience with Cabin Master and would highly recommend them. Our cabin has now been in place for five months and we’re still absolutely delighted with it.

One thing that really stood out was their fantastic showroom — something you don’t often find with cabin companies — which made it much easier to see the quality and visualise different options before making decisions.

Jake was brilliant during the design stage. He helped us get the perfect size for our space and guided us through the interior fittings to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted.

The install team and decorator were quick, tidy and friendly, and the whole process felt smooth and well organised from start to finish.

Overall, a professional, helpful company that we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

What can I say. This has been a wonderful experience to watch the Cabin being installed.
From the initial viewing at their incredible Nottingham Show site, discussing options with the main man, sorting out choices, layouts was a great experience.
Communication and updates were regular, queries and concerns dealt with quickly and efficiently - nothing was to much trouble.
Installation - WOW!!! great experience the three teams turned up on time, Texted the day before introducing themselves, each crew was quick, professional and very helpful with any questions/queries we had.
The finish of the Cabin is to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend Cabin Master if you need a bespoke, luxury cabin.

From the start at ordering our garden pod with david who was fantastic and meeting the design team who showed us different options to what we wanted to the final finishes the cabin master team josh and graham doing the ground works on monday, another Josh dillon and kyle doing the building for 3 days joined by Brett the Sparky for 1 day and final painting the inside of the pod by our lovely painter on the last day, 1 week to install and finish.
everything was amazing and ran to plan and smoothly. These guys are amazing and competively priced

Second garden building from Cabin Masters in March this year. All areas of the business are easy to deal with, professional, knowledgable and with great advice. Planning and building phase are well managed, everything taken care of. The installers are a great group, not just fantastic technically, but great customer service, super fast and good practical advice too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish Cabinmasters were so professional. Our initial contact was with Jake and he explained in detail how the cabin is constructed. After placing the order a few weeks later the team arrived to build the base, followed by Josh, Dylan amd Kyle to build the cabin. All the lads were punctual, polite, and courteous and they tidied up at the end of each day. They all worked so hard, they all knew what had to be done and they just got on with it. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team, especially Jake, just wanted to make sure that we're happy with our cabin.

On a final note, we looked at 5 different cabin suppliers and Cabinmasters stood out for build finish and value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you're looking for a garden room, this showroom is the place to go! So many on show to give you ideas of size and layout. Jake was so helpful with information & quoted for exactly what we wanted. Definitely worth the hour & half trip😊

On visiting the site in Nottingham we were given a warm welcome and refreshments. The salesman Jake then gave us a plan of the site and left us on our own to explore at our leisure which was great as we could discuss freely without any pressure. He kept checking in to make sure we were ok and to answer any questions that we had.
When we had decided on what we thought we wanted he introduced us to the design team and left us with them to go through the plan and to tweak any little bits. He then sat with us and again discussed all different options both inside and out. At no time did we feel any pressure to commit and he even re-jigged things to get it within our budget. Having gone with just the idea of looking and getting a price we came away having purchased and paid a deposit. Within a day or so dates were agreed over the phone for installation and true to their word the workmen turned up and completed the job as described. All the workmen were extremely polite and efficient and left no mess.
We have one slight issue with the sliding door but they are on top of it and will be replacing the unit as soon as they have one available.
From start to finish a great experience and can’t recommend them enough .

We were looking for a garden room to house my new holistic therapy business and fell in love with the show site cabins. CabinMaster are a very professional company and after looking around at other suppliers prior to our order, they offer a premium product. Jake was very professional and helped us work out the best size and price to suit our budget, and went above and beyond answering my many queries. Looking forward to running my business from my beautiful garden room space.

Started with stand Grand designs not pushy sales pitch. Friendly appointment with George with follow up appointment made. Second appointment with George at the show site. Experienced advice. Clear communication of timescales and payment. Would recommend George to anyone considering a cabin/room.

Happy to provide an option of electrician. Simon who was also fabulous, again advice and guidance to aid decision.

Installation was like clockwork. Good communication of timescales of arrival and plan for day. Good team working with Simon electrician when on site.

Aftercare team also been great with any queries post sale.

Cabin Master were professional throughout the entire process from design to installation. When we were looking around their show cabins in Nottingham no one was pushy just very helpful in assisting us. Trades people were trustworthy, efficient, tidy and did a great job. I recently had a cabin installed by Cabin Master and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, James was incredibly helpful—he took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
The team who came to build the cabin were excellent. They worked efficiently and had everything completed within just two days, which really impressed me. Their professionalism and work ethic were clear throughout.
A special mention goes to Jamie, the painter, who did a fantastic job. The finish looks great, and he was also super friendly and easy to deal with.

A minor issue with the door a year after being installed. From an email, a phone call, engineer on site and all fixed within 5 hours. Super customer service. Very happy thank you

If you are looking for a cabin/granny flat arrangement go no further than Mr Cabins. I have never dealt with someone so proffesional, caring and eager to please as Peter from Mr Cabins. No question or suggestion is ever too much of a problem and he truly keeps the entire process seamless and stress free. I highly recommend this company and Peter is an absolute breath of fresh air.
