Worst company ever when it comes to billing.
I have requested to receive my bill via email and every month I don't receive a bill and I have to call up and be put on hold and wait while my business has to wait for cablenet to send a bill.
Every month I get changed €5 reconnection fees.
My systems all run via internet including my Epos system. This means every time i getcut off I lose funds.
Who will pay for the losses of the business?
This week I have been waiting for a call back from cablenet 3 days in a row, to resolve this issue and I've had to call in again this morning, and again I'm waiting for a call back from cablenet.
Think twice before using cablenet.
They are a scam, they do this on purpose on order to receive the extra connection fees from their clients.

Terrible service. Completely unprofessional support, and the employees show zero problem-solving skills. They generally lack in everything, which makes everything unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend collaborating with this company.
Pay More, Get Less!
I’ve been a loyal Cablenet customer for over 10 years, and it’s clear loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. Their new pricing policy is a complete insult to existing customers.
Right now, I’m paying €65 a month — €17 of that just for the phone line — for 100 Mbps internet, Cyprus football, and TV. Meanwhile, new customers can get more for less: faster internet, HBO, Cyprus football, and European football for just €45–€70 a month for two years.
So let me get this straight — if you’ve been supporting the company for a decade, you pay more for fewer services, but if you just joined yesterday, you get everything at a discount? Brilliant strategy if your goal is to drive loyal clients away.
I even asked if I could cancel and rejoin as a “new” customer, and they told me I’d have to return all the equipment, cancel everything, and start a brand-new contract from scratch. So even that’s made unnecessarily difficult — just to keep loyal customers paying more.
Cablenet’s marketing department truly deserves an award for finding new ways to frustrate and alienate long-term customers.

Scammers, stay away!
Signed a contract which included a 200 minute bundle for EU countries. They never registered propeply on the system and I recieved a huge bill. When I called they recognized their mistake and said I should pay the bill anyway as they can't amend bills that have been issued. We are taking legal action.

Customer Support unable to provide service to SIM card after 6 (!!!) calls: contribution for period paid from bank account 9 days ago. Do you want to repeat such experience!?
Moved to cablenet. Will not move again.
Moved from Epic to Cablenet for internet and phone. Previously we were with Primetel. 100mb line.
1gb package. Two boosters. 35 euro per month.
Phone unlimited internet 200 mins a month. My calls are mostly WhatsApp. 5 euro per month.
Our epic bills combined were nearly 80 euro a month.

Refused to cancel my subscription by phone even though i was willing to forfeit my deposit. First they told me i could send someone in my place to do the cancellation in their store but then they said its not possible and i had to go myself. The reason i wanted to cancel in the first place is their terrible customer service

The Internet is worse than that of competitors. However, the services are more expensive. They take 50 euros deposit for the router. Be careful - after the contract ends, the deposit is not returned.
