I bought the Nespresso converter. Initially it was not working well. I contacted Caffeine Camellia and to my surprise got an instant, detailed and helpful reply giving me a few thing to check on my machine and the converter. The reply included photos and a video to guide my checking. Instant resolution of the problem. I have found that really cheap plastic pods do not work as well as aluminium - I did buy right at the bottom of the market i.e. less than 0.9p a pod, probably got what I deserved. But - happy now.

I purchased a ceramic barista kit from Caffeine Camellia. The parcel was dispatched as expected, but unfortunately the item arrived damaged, most likely due to the way it was handled in transit.

I contacted customer support through the website and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Anna assisted me. She handled the matter promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent.

The replacement arrived in perfect condition, and I’m very pleased with how the issue was resolved.

I ordered a product (a coffee machine attachment ) and it finally arrived a month later. A pity the delivery took so long but the good news it that the coffee attachment works perfectly so we are happy 😊
