Speedy delivery - nice recipe.

I received the well packaged products (all in glass and thus requiring robust packing) in good time and via DHL who were first rate. The goods inside (all from one producer) are mostly untasted but the two opened products, apricot jam and pesto sauce are first rate. I can only imagine the as yet untasted others will be similar.
Email communication is good although there was a small delay between ordering and having specific (as opposed to a general) confirmation but as two countries/suppliers are involved this is understandable. Once underway the service was fine.

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery and service, well packed. It was an anniversary present for my husband who loves cheese, however, he thought I was trying to hasten his demise when he saw how much cheese.

It was my first time with Caglio. A pleasant experience with the team and the DHL service. We could taste the cheese, that was very good.

I ordered three kind of cheese from their Valtorta producer. First of all, the shipping (DHL Express) was brilliant, it arrived in two days from the order. All the items were very well packaged with each piece of cheese being vacuum sealed individually and dry ice in the box.
Tastewise, their Formai de Mut was really delicious. Its smell and taste brought me to memories of mountain chalet in Lombardy. I used as a topping for polenta and pizzoccheri and the result was excellent.
For sure, I am going to order from them again!
