My new doors are beautiful. Cheryl spent time with me designing the perfect doors and Michael and Ben did a great installation job. I would highly recommend this company, very professional and friendly throughout the process.

Michael and Ben attended my home today to fit a new front door. 1st class service from both lads, nothing was too much trouble. Both were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, and have done a fantastic job. First class service from quotation stage through to installation. Thank you.

Great that there’s an edit facility. My complaint appears to have been (not) answered by Cairnview Windows Ltd?? A name change that didn’t happen until the following year and a response ignoring completely the original complaint. If you use this company, then He’ll mend you. Seriously, read the reviews and ask yourself if they seem genuine. I honestly wish my experience of this company was even partly on par with similar reviews.

We purchased a property recently from an elderly couple and moisture/damp issues were highlighted within the property in the Home Report. On further inspection, it appears that none of the 10 windows supplied and fitted by Highland Homestyle a year earlier had trickle vents fitted to allow airflow, which as I understand it has been a legal requirement since 2022. In addition the 2 main lounge windows are clearly a different style/size from the others and have a 5-10mm gap from the frame on all 4 sides.

I highlighted the above to the company and after my third email, received a response completely avoiding the 2 issues raised and trying to sell me a guarantee for work which in my opinion is substandard at best. I responded asking again for clarification, but as expected have had zero response.

Absolutely delighted with my new windows, would highly recommend Highland Homestyle to anyone. Friendly and informative team, from the sales manager Sean to the office staff, to Andy and team who fitted the windows, which are lovely, their workmanship was was excellent and they left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend their services.

Sean, Sales Manager, was friendly, very informative and not pushy at all. The Admin Team were very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I loved this company from the moment I found them online. Everyone from the office staff to the joiners who measured everything and then came back to fit the door. They were all super helpful and happy to answer my questions. My door looks fantastic and I feel totally secure in my home now. Everything was seen to promptly and with friendliness.

First class service from start to finish. I had both new front and back doors fitted and the fitters were prompt, friendly and professional. I was well impressed with their work. So neat, also cleaning up their mess and taking away old doors. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of new doors. Next day aftercare phonecall was good too. 10/10 from me.

Ordered a replacement back door which was fitted today. From start to finish we received excellent customer service in a friendly, efficient manner with no hassle or pressure. A joy to deal with and all at a competitive price having tested the market with other quotes.
Fitters came spot on time and fitted the door in record time and left a perfect job done. Clearly people who know what they are doing.
On the basis of our experience I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.
