The order process was normal and everything else seemed normal. I had read other reviews before buying and figured there was a reason for those issues that no long existed. I failed however to verify that Cal Chip website was functional past the ordering phase. After receiving my partial order I have endless trouble performing even the most basic function (like getting product key) or support from their website, phone or email.
Before you decide to order, go look at their support options, try to call or email support. You will quickly find out they will take a order but everything goes AWOL after that. I

I ordered a 5G miner and got it within two days. Will be reordering from them.

They are a scam. Don’t order from them

I never received my miner or the refund they promised! Scam!

Customer service said they owed me 96$ refund for an antenna that was never delivered. I completed several forms and waited for a refund. I have never been refunded and my account was set to "expired" suddenly.
Captcha doesnt work anymore.
They dont reply to any "Contact Us"

SCAM.

This is a terrible company. They cheated me out of $5,000 by sending me a defective part and then having me send it to the manufacturer for replacement and then telling me it was too late to return it because I had done so.

Absolute scammers, take your money for a product, sell it to someone else, make you wait a year by which time it's impossible to make a profit on the item. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

I have done an order on 19/05/2021 and now 4/12/2022 is not yet arrived. I am writing via mail with their support since 6 months to understand what's going on, and in the first place they told me that had to control the status of the order and then they disappear. After many mails they answer that my order is cancelled without any reason and not refunding money. I am still trying to get in touch with them but they are not answering to any mail. They are keeping my money for 1 year and half.Worst company ever and worst support ever. Stay away from them

Don't buy things from this store , it feels like a scam

After reaching out to CalChip I had a great experience & their team was very responsive in solving my problem.

CalChip is a great US based company, I would much rather chose to do business with an US based company over a corporation based in China, keep that in mind next time your weighing your options.

I have ordered a device, but never received it. I also never received a refund that they offered. I wait since month for the refund.

- I ordered 3 products on May 2021
- After 11 months I didnt get any one of these 3 product orders. and I requested REFUND on 7th April 2022
- I didnt get 2 refunds out of 3
- I have been contacting via Twitter; they asked me to send ID pictured again which I did swiftly.
- Since then they dont even reply to me.
I can not get my refunds.
My losses:
- I coundt use 3 devices as my orders are not fullfilled 12 months after paying for them
- I'm still loosing opportunity costs
- My money is being used for more than 1 year without even daring to reply

I would put “shltty” if it was an option. Ordered over a year ago. No product yet. Have asked for refunds twice with no results.

As many others have mentioned this company has terrible order delays without letting the buyer know that is the case when ordering and then stringing them along (It'll be shipped "soon")

I know what back-ordering is, and if you display that it's a backorder and I decide to move forward with that being the case, then that is one thing, but if there isn't any indication that's it's going to be more than 4 weeks, then that better be as long as I have to wait. If you don't say anything to the contrary, then I am going to expect that you have the product and are going to be shipping it

I ordered my product on May 5, 2021 - It arrived on Thursday, March 24, 2022. 2 stars because they aren't scammers; it did indeed get here, but I don't need it anymore, I mean really... That's over 10 months.

My order was delayed for more than 3 months and I asked for a refund but they ignored it. They shipped the product anyway when I didn't need it anymore. Now they don't even reply to my requests for refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Been 6 month or more but finally arrive not a scam which i was worried

Calchipconnect has no idea what they are doing. No orders filled, no response to the questions about the orders and when you get an answer, it sounds like a 16 years old teenager is answering, which is way far from being professional. My order was never filled, replacement and change questions never answered. I will most likely contact to my credit company to dispute the charge made in April and still no product delivered in November the same year. California Attorney General and Ftc.gov as well as BBB will be notified. This is not the way of conducting business in the USA. This is what makes us different from the Third World countries. Ethics, justice, responsibility, human rights. It's a shame.
UPDATE: in Result of this negative review, they deleted my account. Bunch of moody kids. Shame on you guys.

Terrible experience. Order a miner, like everyone else, they never sent it. Filled out the refund form on 10/25, today I got a confirmation that they put me in line for a replacement!??. Then they then sent me an email that they cannot process my refund due to an error with my credit card, that I must not be using the same card or same address (both of those statements are false). Had to fill out a form to try to get a bank wire that they say can take up to 3 weeks. Based on what I'm seeing here, that won't happen. Already notified my bank about this scam.

Dishonest business practice, took my money for over a years, doesn’t ship the product out and ignore my refund request. They are scammers
