Affordable
This is a great site, joined not that long ago and have had a few wins already. All draws are live, great online community during the draws too. Payouts are very quick. Def recommend giving them a try. Plenty comps to enter and are affordable too. Also there’s no constant harassment to buy. 10/10 from me

Competition site that wouldn’t pay out when I won
Hi this happened to me. I played on Caledonia competitions and I bought tickets and I won £1000. I was absolutely delighted at winning this amount. Then pretty much soon after this I noticed the competition was taken down and I didn’t know why. So I messaged Caledonia competitions to ask if I was getting my money and I was told no I wouldn’t get my winnings and once I was told this I was absolutely devastated. This really upset me. Then a post was put up from Caledonia competitions saying she made an error on ticket numbers so competition was taken down and everyone who participated would get a refund of their tickets to which when I asked how long this would take. Was told up to 72 hours but long considering my money was taken straight away from me when I purchased tickets but to get refund takes lot longer through no fault of my own. So after I was told no I would not get my winnings cause they have a clause 11.3 which says they can take down or void competitions when they want or need too I thought this was very unfair and unlawful tbh. People supported me and agreed that I should be paid and commented on the post. I was told by Caledonia competitions that if they paid out the winnings then their company would be no longer this isn’t true as it is still up and trading today. so this is more untrue information from from Caledonia Competitions.
I do not condone bullying or hate and I do not like to leave bad reviews but after this happening to me and me only getting paid after a solicitor messaged her page to let her know we would be taking this further only after that was I paid my winnings that I was entitled too by law I feel have no other choice than to write this truthful review after what happened. Caledonia competitions obviously realised they had to pay out and that is the only reason why I got my money I won.
It’s now 10 days later please stop changing your reply to my review I do not want u to email or contact me again. Please leave me alone this has gone on long enough.

We’d like to clarify a few key points in your review. You’ve been a regular player with Caledonia Competitions and have always received your winnings promptly, including this one, which was paid in full within 24 hours of your win.
The competition was voided due to a genuine human error with ticket numbers, which we explained publicly straight away. Under both UK consumer law and guidance from the ASA and Gambling Commission, genuine human or technical errors can justify voiding or amending a competition provided it’s handled fairly, transparently, and everyone is refunded, which is exactly what we did. The competition never officially completed, so legally there was no obligation to pay out prizes but we still chose to honour all instant wins in full as a goodwill gesture.
Refunds are processed through our secure third-party provider (Cashflows), which keeps all transactions safe. Processing times vary depending on your bank, which is why refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear. You received both your full refund and your £1,000 winnings promptly.
We also personally apologised to you for the disappointment you felt. We’ve always been fair, kind and respectful toward you and every one of your wins has been paid promptly. Despite that, you shared private screenshots of our conversations, including details of your own personal circumstances into a public thread then it was removed, we were blamed for removing them, but we had no involvement in that.
We understand you were upset at the time and emotions were high on all sides. Unfortunately, the situation did attract a lot of negativity online, which was difficult for everyone involved but our focus has always been on keeping things fair, transparent and respectful.
We’ve always acted within the law and in line with official guidance, with honesty, integrity and respect for all players. It’s simply not fair to post such a damaging review after being fully paid, refunded, personally apologised to and treated respectfully throughout.
We stand by our conduct, our decisions, and our reputation and we genuinely wish you all the best moving forward.
A complete mess up and an angry winner
A competition was setup, an instant £1000 ticket was won by a member of public.
Caledonia Competitions put a post up to advise the public that they messed up and didnt set the tickets to the correct amount (Set @ 15000, apprently should of been 75000). This is an operational issue and is a breach of Consumer rights act 2015.

I wont be using this competition site.
Turns out, I am now blocked from their facebook page as I stated legal facts.

It’s disappointing to see this review repeat misinformation. The facts are very clear, there was a one-off setup mistake which we corrected immediately. All players were refunded in full and all instant winners including the £1,000 winner was paid in full within 24 hours.
We’ve been open and transparent throughout, posting publicly and responding directly to questions. As a small, family-run company, we don’t have big corporate resources but we do have honesty and integrity and we always make things right when errors occur.
Unfortunately, the level of hostility and bullying that’s followed online has been really disheartening. We don’t accept that behaviour and have had to block a few people from our Facebook page for harassment.

I joined Caledonia competitions this morning 01/10/2025 and within 15 minutes I had won £100 very pleased it was paid into my bank the same day

Ever since I’ve been playing the instant win games and let me tell you it’s super fast payouts if you win cash and there’s something for everyone on the site with tickets ranging from 1p-£5 it doesn’t have to break the bank.
There’s live draws on Facebook every Monday and Thursday evening so you can see the winners being chosen at random and Gemma and Andrew are lovely people too 😍
