I signed up for what i believed was a…
I signed up for what i believed was a four week trial for 18e approx and was then charged 90e several weeks later - i was not aware it was a rolling/ongoing subscription. I have cancelled and messaged the admin who said that they cant refund but there will be no more charges. I hope this will be the case. Just wanted to supply this info for anyone else thjnkjng of signjng up for a trial.

Overpriced, underperforming
Very expensive, overpriced, basic and repetitive, no need for an app to do that. And the music is awful! Often technical problems and no help from the support (AI). The support is not helpful, after several requests with full required information. It’s a scam!

Lot of hidden charges.
I started this as a trial. The initial offer was $22 AUD for 4 weeks, which seemed reasonable, and I purchased it.
During check-out, they put out other "offers" as bundles, one of which was a 1:1 coaching for $0. This was an add-on.
I made my purchase, and after 4 weeks, I see a whopping $300 debited from my account.
During my trial, I did try to check and verify if there was any on-going subscription or any renewal pending. Their app shows nothing about the current subscriptions or renewals. No option to check this at all.
They also do not send reminders before renewals. I have done multiple subscriptions to multiple websites/apps before and I usually get a reminder about it. There was none.
I got back to them about this, and asked for a refund. But they are refusing this saying they had stated it in the initial purchase.
I never made an "on-going subscription" purchase, definitely not for a 1:1 coaching session.
I have never used the feature, and now AFTER the amount was deducted, the feature is disabled for me.
Very interestingly, I am being "offered" a $ 30.99 per month plan after paying $150+ for this coaching part alone.
My plan still shows as the basic /starter plan in the app. I don't see any upgrades either. Wonder what the other $147.99 actually had/has to offer.
Not happy, and I continue to dispute this.
Edit: Editing the review to mention that Calistway did go ahead and refunded the money back to me.
However, the app really does not have an option to check existing subscriptions, or to cancel them. This is a feedback to either add this feature or at least send reminders to users.
People lose emails , it isn't easy to keep track of fine prints and emails, just to find a way to cancel a "trial" subscription.
