Quick and easy to deal with
Ordered a TV online on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday! Had to change my delivery address the day after placing the order in which they sorted out straight away. Each person I dealt was lovely. Will definitely order from Callaghans Electrical again.

Would have given 5 stars
Would have given 5 stars, however, the original purchase which arrived quickly didn’t look right. The box was wrapped in black plastic, the seal had already been opened and tapped back up. Half the items in the box were missing and 1 part was damaged. I contacted Callaghan’s straight away, new item arrived by the within a few days. Problem resolved very easily. Shouldn’t have happened in the first place though.

More than Impressive service.
Impressive, helpful and straight forward. We would love to do business again in the future. For assistance- pick the phone and answer is available in seconds. Big corporates don’t have a clue how to hear the customer! (Tried and failed). But Callaghans outweighed them by miles. Really trustworthy to do the business. Callaghans ticked off all the boxes in service, pricing, friendly and quality to deal with customers. Hats off.
Delivery was fast, reliable and on time. Nothing could be done better to feel as a customer. Review by a happy and satisfied customer.
