I signed up about 2 weeks ago, had to take a quick selfie and verify my email, whole thing took a few minutes and didn’t cost anything. I liked that I could look around the platform first before buying coins, feels fair so you know what you’re actually paying for. I’ve topped up my balance twice already and didn’t run into any payment issues. Coins showed up right away both times. Video chat is actually really good too, better than I expected.
So far everything’s been positive, but I’ll update this if anything changes.

I reported a user who was rude to me, which clearly goes against the community guidelines. I also emailed customer support and was surprised that they replied within 10 minutes. They handled it quickly and blocked the user, so I haven’t had any issues. Really appreciate the fast response.

I can't use the group chat to its full potential because my microphone isn't working. So for now, I'm sticking to text messages. But once I get my mic sorted, I’m definitely planning to make the most of it.
