The availability of my counselor was amazing.

My therapist wasn understanding and nice. The team was was fast to respond and I kept the same therapist after having to cancel my subscription for financal reasons till I was able to pay for the service again.

Therapist responded everyday but very general responses, felt like they would just repeat what I said in a question form. Overall good experience, I just like in person therapy better. More personal.

The professionals are very helpful however I do think that app issues and time difference can hinder the process. One app issue I had was I would receive a notification that I received a message one minute ago (from my phone notifications) but when I would go to the app, it would actually be from 30 minutes ago. Receiving notifications 30 minutes late can add up to when professionals are available 5 hours per day, five days out of the week. Also, for any new people I would advise making sure you talk with a professional in your time zone. Personally, having a four hour time difference was difficult for me.

To give a quick overview, I am doing great, but the beginning of my journey was not so. The opportunity to change therapists was what saved the experience for me!

My first therapist seemed uninterested and basically just sympathized with my hurt and did not give any sort of feedback for improving. When I spoke about the hardships within my relationship, he was quick to advice that I leave even if it hurts.. no feedback on why my mindset was this way, how to think straight nor how to cope with my feelings, I felt more defeated/judged when he started giving me a sermon as soon as he heard that I was religious as I was explaining my upbringing without me asking for religious advice. He verbalized that my depression was a spiritual war within me and that I was living in sin and therefore the enemy was attacking me… at was at a loss and in an even worse spot.

I was on the verge of canceling when I was offered a change of therapist which completely changed the course of my journey. Natalia was attentive to my struggles, took time to listen and explain many new concepts to help me understand where my difficulties and thoughts where stemming from, I learned things about myself that I did not even realize were there since my childhood and how detrimental they have been within my life relationships! She created a concrete plan and followed up with me consistently throughout the whole time. I felt cared for, acknowledged, supported even when it was difficult for me to accept certain realities within me that I needed to change, and most importantly more confident/guided with the resources to improve as a person through this new understanding. I highly admire Natalia’s genuineness, integrity, and dedication to each meeting. I could see she was taking the time to read, understand every conversation through the feedback she gave. I really have no words but gratitude!

Thank God for this. It helped me through an extremely rough time of being so depressed over the loss of my dog. My therapist chatted with me twice a day, every day, even on weekends, which she wasn’t obligated to do. I’m so glad I did this.

Calmerry is fine. They’ve fixed a few glitches in the app so now it’s much better. It’s easy to use, and I love the Coa bot that helps track your mood. I’ve never had any issues with my therapist, she’s a real professional, and she always helps me when I need to talk to someone. It’s definitely cheaper than regular therapy but it works well for me so I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs psychological help. As for the downsides, I wish video calls were a little longer.

I have never done therapy and was excited and nervous to get started. I elected to do 4 video session per week in addition to messaging. As a public school teacher this was a huge financial sacrifice for me to sign up.

Once placed with my therapist I tried to schedule a meeting right away by using the online scheduler through the calmerry website. I was not able to schedule a time slot and would get the message, “this time slot is not available” when I clicked on every slot. Once the therapist messaged me back she indicated that she needed to do all the scheduling as she has multiple calendars and needs to complete it on her end. Perhaps this is a fault on the engineering/design end where the therapists true availability is not visible? Needless to say, she was not available until the following week after I began my subscription.

The first meeting was fine, mostly introductions. The therapist and I the. scheduled a meeting 3 days later. I logged into the second meeting and the therapist messaged me saying she would be 10 minutes late. 16 minutes later the therapist messaged saying she arrived but the video kicked out. She offered to do it later in the day but I could not attend as I had a prior engagement so we rescheduled for the following day.

The therapist did not set the “official meeting” up using the scheduling tool until the next day until 1:00pm. I attended our scheduled meeting at 5:00pm and the therapist never showed up.

I immediately called to ask for refund. The customer service line rings and you cannot get through to anyone. Someone finally called me back and they said they’d issue me a refund. It is now several days later and I have received a partial refund. I have since tried to get a full refund and they indicated the following…

Thank you for your response! We understand your situation and want to do everything we can for you. We can issue a refund for a week of messaging part($27,49), as a video session has been used, and the counselor did her job here.

Apparently Calmerry thinks the therapist did her job. I let them know that I would never have signed up for a singular introductory appointment had I known that the therapist would not show up to future appointments and was clearly too busy to take on other clients. As a customer I do not think I received the services outlined by Calmerry’s marketing in a timely manner. I also do not think I should be held financially liable for Calmerry’s choice in therapists.

Given my experience, I would not recommend Calmerry.

My therapist has helped me so much by listening and being available and even holding a mirror up to me at times when I needed it. She is calm and professional and has been profoundly impactful in my life. I will use her again if I need to. Very grateful.

Feel scammed and used. I signed up after the death of my mom after experiencing horrible grief and feelings of guilt. I would send large paragraphs of info about my life and feelings and would get a few sentences in return. After the month of “ therapy” was nearly completed I got the wonderful counseling advice of “have you ever tried to think good thoughts”? Thank you!! I’m cured. I was strung along for a month to get my money and I assume they hoped I would sign up for another month. I feel worse than before my counseling experience as I can see my therapist couldn’t have cared less about me as a person. I was a wallet.

All the therapists are one-trick ponies If it doesn't suit you, they don't have anything else to offer. I tried 5 therapists and found them all to be completely unprofessional.

Waste of time! I was hoping for a more efficient way to get therapy. Calmerry's procedures are flawed.

The customer rep I chatted w/ provided me inaccurate information about how long the process takes and how you can use your weekly sessions. She stated I could combine 2 - 30 min session to make 1 - hour long session.

The first therapist I was matched with never got back to me about scheduling an appointment. So I had to switch 6 days in. The second therapist I was matched with said I could not combine sessions for a longer session and that he only sees patients for 1 - 30 min session a week (I was signed up for 4/week).

I requested a full refund 8 days later. They prorated my refund even though, I never met w/ a therapist and the customer rep gave me inaccurate info regarding how scheduling sessions worked (making this platform useless to me).

I found Calmerry very helpful, engaging, and easy to use. A friend of mine suggested Calmerry and I honestly claim that it is a great Therapy service website for all those who seek online therapy sessions. The customer service has been great. I got all my emails and requests responded to on time and without any issue. My counselor is a great person, very kind, and supportive. I will definitely use Calmerry in the future and I highly suggest it to my friends and anyone. Thank you all for your service!!

Customer service was perfect, they responded to each of my email within minutes and we got a small issue resolved in less than an hour. Very kind and welcoming, its always a pleasure speaking with the helpful people at Calmerry.

Hidden prices on website with false ads indicating plans start "from $42/week". Here is the scam, that is the discount price for the first month. The true pricing is ~$58/week but why would they list that on their website?

The lack of transparency along with the condensing matching agent was enough for me to avoid this site. Their app glitches and doesn't show new msgs unless you exit the chat and return.

You get what you pay for, if you can afford better help use them instead. There's a reason so many you tubers advertise for them.

Let me add that they will call you trying to poach their services.

Edit: I had to spend an hour with your slow intake nurse just to see those prices. If a customer has to waste their time to get to see your prices, it’ hidden from the public. You wasted me and other peoples time with your practice.

And like every other review you choose to take zero accountability for customer satisfaction, showing how you how this service is run. Get your act together.

I am so grateful for the relationship that I have with my therapist. She shows care and concern for me and my problems. I can talk about anything and know that she genuinely listens and helps me.

My counselor often checked in on me and helped guide me through some tough times while helping me work towards being more confident. There were also times where I did not feel like talking about my experiences and she helped have conversations, which was helpful.

This is my first time trying online therapy so I wasn't sure what to expect. Here is a list of ways I can describe this platform:
Texting a ghost.
Talking to a wall.
Talking to yourself.

You hardly get a reply back, and when you do it feels like a canned responsr and they don't even respond to what you said.

I'm only in my 4th day and I don't even like the direction this is going. It feels like a complete waste of money because its basically the same thing as texting a disconnected phone number.

Even support will ghost you. Still no word back from support, but do plan to send another email.

I'm shock to see all these positive reviews, this services MUST have fake reviews. I say just be weary of the positive reviews.

I began Calmerry three weeks ago because it boasted text therapy, 4 video chat sessions, and the ability to change my therapist at any point. I went through three therapists. I was disappointed to find out from day one that even on weekdays, most therapists do not respond within the same day. The first therapist I did text therapy with canceled on me with very short notice for our first appointment, had our appointment time wrong, and ghosted me the next day when our next appointment had been lined up. She neglected me when I tried to confirm the correct appointment time, and simply did not show up. The next therapist I worked with successfully scheduled an appointment with me but left the platform unexpectedly (I get that emergencies happen and people change their minds), and the third therapist I was matched up with... honestly... really just frustrated me from the first message that was sent. Calmerry added to my frustrations, made me feel more alone and trapped because I couldn't even access pre-paid appointments, and was being neglected by the person who I was paying to be there for me. Would not recommend this to anyone. I was able to receive half my subscription payment back, despite the extreme inconvenience and the sheer fact that I was only able to use 1/4 of it.
