Camperite is my Favourite go to Camp shop. We have been using them ever since they started, which is many years ago. Doesnt matter what the purchase is from large to small always treated and greeted as valued customers. We have purchased many things over the years and always find things not only of good quality but lots of choice, the shop is always fully stocked and the guys are very knowledgable and helpful. Today was no exception which prompted me to write this review. In fact only last week i recommended someone who was admiring our awning. Highly recommend.

What a company for a lack of INTEGRITY. I am 81 years of age
and I have never had such bad response from any Company.
I regret I purchased a "Maypole Event Shelter," from Camperite
Leisure on thec15th June 2022.
So it is still under warranty, the only instructions was not to use in High winds or storms, it was up for no longer than a week or so at a time, the material has deteriorated
to the extent it comes apart when you touch it zips fell off, tie down cords fell apart, David, MD at camperite says it is over use 2 months up and down at weekends.
DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Is my reccomendation.
Solution? There was no solution, they just sent it back. Nerve of the man, nothings changed from my end just a bad taste.

Fantastic company! Rang them to check availability on QUEST, screenhouse 4 side walls. They had them in stock, great price and next day delivery. I ordered online; they phoned back to let me know I'd ordered the wrong ones. They changed my order no problem and the side walls arrived next day! Fantastic, helpful and professional; cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thank you

I highly recommend this company Camperite to buy from. So here is my experience with them phoned them and spoke to one of the sales team on a Tuesday at 1pm he gave me good sound advice and was not in a rush to get me off phone he also told me if I ordered before 2pm it would be at my home on the following day I told him I was based in south wales and he said yeah no problem well it did come on Wednesday morning so Colchester to south wales overnight fantastic. The item I bought was a caravan cover which was a absolute bargain for the price cheapest on ebay so please camperite just keep doing the good work and I hope your business flourishes in what has been a terrible time for all the leisure industry. I will for sure be buying from you again and I highly recommend this company well done.

I ordered a Kampa Store from Camperite as price was better than anywhere else. Online ordering was quick & easy & the store was delivered the following day just as promised. I erected the store but found a small fault in one of the zips so phoned Camperite & sent a couple of photos. David at Camperite got back to me within 30 minutes to say a new cover was being sent out. The new cover arrived just 18 hours later!
I have always believed that the quality of a company is best shown by how it deals with problems. The quality of service I received from Camperite Leisure was exemplary & I have no hesitation in recommending them

I ordered a kitchen cupboard and when it arrived I was a pole short. Gave the shop a call and advised of my problem, David was excellent I advised i needed the pole by the next day, he was able to locate my missing pole and get it out to me next day delivery! Excellent customer service will shop again!

Called with a question about an item showing as in stock. Informed the website is usually up to date and the item was available. Chap on the phone was extremely helpful. Ordered the item later that evening via the website. It was despatched before 9am the following day and arrived a day later. Perfect transaction. Will use again.

Great company, not heavily advertised as other big retailers but they do deliver in terms of communication and order dispatch.
Found a great tent for the fraction of price and got it delivered next day. My package was handled by APC Overnight which I have positive experience from before.
I am extremely happy with prompt service and will definitely come back when in need to update my camping arsenal. Highly recommended.

We've just made our second purchase with Camperite, and each time we have been extremely pleased. Fast delivery and great customer service.

We ordered a Cadac Carri Chef BBQ. It arrived well packed and everything we expected. Communications were answered very quickly. Great service. I’ve added this company to my list of camping suppliers.

This company also operates as 'Campsite Wholesale'. New start-up Camp shop we chose this company as our supplier after checking other competitors, found them to be cheaper and service on offer considerably more efficient. We placed an order for well over £300 worth of goods, it was late in the day that we placed the order (Wednesday Eve) so we understood that our delivery was not going to be next day (Thursday). Please bear in mind they had our money and our goods for 48 hours, then our delivery arrived (Friday lunchtime) consisting of 2 boxes, this is where it all went wrong! We found the order to be incomplete but the picking list/delivery note showed that everything should be with us. We telephoned 'Campsite Wholesale' who informed us after speaking to their carrier that 2 more parcels had been left behind at the carriers premises and would be unable to come back and make the delivery informing us for £25 that 'Campsite Wholesale' will cover, we get our delivery on Saturday. I said this was unacceptable as I have paid for next day delivery, Tom (Campsite Wholesale) said "I cant make them come any sooner, it is unfortunate". Totally unacceptable customer service I will not use these people again.

Oh Dear what a very inadequate response to my review, At no point did 'Campsite Warehouse/Camperite' inform me of any problems with their carrier once it was established that the issues lay with them. The aftercare just wasn't there it seems that once they had my money their responsibility ended and the buck was passed onto the carrier, I had to find all this out through my correspondence with the carrier. It seems this very unhappy customer has been banned from ordering from 'Campsite Warehouse' this is obviously how you get treated if unhappy with the service, Cancel culture reigns in business too.....

Very speedy service from this company. I ordered an item on August Bank Holiday Monday and the item was delivered two days later on the Wednesday, as described and very well packaged.

Called yesterday and explained I had been let down by another company when trying to buy a Mobicool FR40 fridge. Gent on the phone confirmed stock and explained for an extra £3 it would be with me tomorrow. Its now in my kitchen - was under 24 hours. Fantastic service!! Will 100% use again.
