Great company, very helpful
Bought a Mobiframe back seat and flooring system from Camper Warehouse in July. Fairly priced and fantastic with their knowledge of the seating, also very helpful when we arrived to collect. After we fitted the floor and seat we had a rattle that was very loud. Due to our distance from Camper Warehouse we had a few phone calls to discuss what it could be, they were willing to help in anyway. After not resolving the problem over the phone Camper Warehouse were happy to swap the seat, we drove over and had a chat and worked out the noise was coming from a loose frame. They were very happy to fix it there and then and super apologetic. Can't fault there assistant and willingness to fix issues that arose. We will definitely use them again for future T6 purchases. Thanks.

Good customer service
Ordered a spare part for bike rack but received totally the wrong part. I phoned up the company at 4.58pm and was shocked, firstly that they had a phone number where I could speak to an English human being, secondly that they answered the phone late in the afternoon! I spoke with a very helpful guy.(sorry I can’t remember your name)I explained the situation and that I needed the part before the weekend. He explained that parts are sent from a different warehouse, apologised and said he’d get the part sent asap. Good to his word it arrived on the Friday.

Not a good experience
Not good. I found the victron inverter charger I had been looking for, at a bargain price.
I ordered, paid for it and then a few days later got an email saying it would be a few weeks wait, and would I like a refund?
I said hers to the refund and then asked to be told when it was back in stock. I got a trolly saying there was no date that it would be back in stock.
My theory? They realised how much they were underpricing it and decided not to give it to me at that price.

I have sent 3 emails over the past week and not had a single response except from asking to leave a review. Hopefully someone will see this and respond!
Update 17/7/25 - I got a response from a very helpful chap called James. He got my issue sorted very swiftly and the parts arrived the day after. This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for my 1st experience.
