End of season, so very quiet, which suited us,

We booked this holiday well in advance. We had some changes to the booking just before departure and the customer service did its best to help us with it. The holiday was fantastic, the happy camp staff was very useful and friendly. Campsite was lovely and we'll be going again.

Site was ace.. Caravan was in a nice location... Clean and tidy inside apart from the rip in the sofa.. (this was stated in the form we filled in to make sure that we had everything we needed).. Just a little more care and attention to detail would have given you 5 stars. Price was really good for the holiday park.

Great 3 rd year always had a great holiday

Easy booking process. Thought we'd got a good deal on the campsite, until we got there, Camping Village El Bahira, near San Vito Lo Capo on Sicily.

We realsed straight away we'd got an absolute bargain. Great pitch, great campsite, great area, great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great booking service, also online chat available that i used before i booked my accomodation. I found the adviser very helpful and knowledgeable about the resort i was booking. Yes i give them 5 stars for great customer service, would recommend booking through them.

I have booked twice with this company and loved both campsites. I found camping selection great to deal with as I made a mistake on my second booking and they changed it immediately without any problems. Prices are very competitive too.

Good service, full and accurate information and a beautiful campsite

the campsite and the people that run the site are brilliant the only thing that was wrong was the outside off the caravan had not been cleaned the grass and weeds were growing up through the patio but apart from that great site great people

I recently stayed at Camping Norcenni Girasole in Tuscany and thought the campsite facilities were excellent and would recommend the Lodgetent. The booking process was simple and found the UK office staff both knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend it !!!

I found the staff very helpful when ringing the office to ask questions. The website was easy to use and made booking a holiday a simple and easy process. We are looking forward to our family holiday!

Most of the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the site and accommodation and answered lots of questions over several telephone calls. I hope the holiday fulfills expectations.
