I ordered their product for my canon lens and only received 2/3 of the decals. When I contacted them asking for the remaining decals to complete the application, I was told they were forward my email to their “concern department” aka email deleted. I have since sent multiple emails to get the remaining decals and have not received a reply. Decal layouts do not match their installation diagrams which are too blurry to read anyways. Installation directions are basic/generic. Some of the decals were not completely cut out and required an exacto blade to complete the cut. Quality of cut looks like they were done with a basic critcut machine that they bought from Michael’s.

If there was a way to post negative stars I most certainly would. I ordered a matching skin for my Nikon D850 camera and my MacBook Pro. The camera skin had some issues but I was mostly satisfied with the results. As I was installing the 3rd & final piece on my MacBook, one of the speaker cutouts wasn’t done. It wasn’t even scored where an output should be so because I was 2/3 of the way finished I cut out the piece in the way. When I reached out to the company I was told that they will not do anything to make it right because I used the skin. They didn’t offer a replacement piece nothing. In fact they kept mentioning their policy. Well right on their own website it says quality guaranteed. I received basically a defective product. They sent one incorrectly manufactured but yet said it was my fault. They hide behind no phone support, no service whatsoever and as a result stole my money.

Basically, I received a cheap sticker with application directions that you couldn’t even follow. Pieces were not cut properly and didn’t even adhere to my camera. I called them out on social media and they told me that a refund could not be made because the product was opened. They said that this was their return/refund policy, but I call bulls***. It is not my fault you sent instructions that literally made no sense. I finally got tired of arguing with some man child thru emails (who I believe was the owner, “Colin”)- I ended taking matters into my own hands. Disputed the charges on my card, got my money back on Klarna, and threw the sticker in the trash. Also left a nice review for them on BBB and the FTC, and I strongly recommend everyone do the same. They hide comments on ALL of their posts. You can only leave a 5 star review on their site or else it won’t get posted. Yeah, we’ve all noticed and we’re not stupid lol. It’s finally going around that your company is in fact a joke. I’ve been scammed before, but I’m not about to pay $50+ for a lousy camera skin that I wouldn’t even spend $2 on.

My order actually was never delivered to me. Then they did not respond to my e-mails and now they tell me they have archived the data, so they can't do anything about it now.
Really horrible experience and horrible customer service.

DO NOT buy from this company, my order NEVER showed up and they have been sending me email replies with no solution. No refund and no product. It's been over 2 months and they really don't care. Terrible Customer service. They can barely structure an email.
