Canada Vet Express is my go-to source for my pet meds. We've used them for two of our dogo's. The prices are well below prices at our vet and the customer service is exceptional. Delivery always arrives on time.
We've shared our experiences with Canada Vet Express to all our doggo loving friends. Highly recommend.

I purchased $247 of pet medication on April 4th. Received no confirmation beyond the Norton "free protection" Email. Money was taken from my account on April 11th. Received a garbled voice message on April 13th asking me to call the company. I did and could not get hold of a person. It kept putting me to different voice mail boxes. I left a message with two alternate contact numbers and quoted my order number. Today (April 15) I got online to try and figure out the status of my order as it is over a week since I made it and I was told the order is cancelled as they could not get hold of me! They states " We did not receive any response from you so we had cancelled your order and processed refund on 04/11/2022.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect to your account.
Kindly call us on our toll-free number to place the same order with additional discount."
Why was the first and only contact a voice mail on April 13th if the order was already cancelled?
I cannot recommend a company that is so quick to take your money and yet offers such poor customer service.

Please do not order from this company! I was sent Soresto collars for another country. Started researching to see if they were real. I called the company twice with no resolution. I checked with two local veterinarians and I called the company that bought out Bayer soresto line and was advised not to use these. Now I am out the money because Canada vet express will not take them back.
Poor customer service I will never order from them again. ( I have ordered previous years from them and was not sent the wrong ones) LC

They offer a Heartgard Plus for Dogs Generic called Nuheart. When the product arrived that's exactly what the invoice said, but Heartgard Plus contains Ivermectin/Pyrantel. Nuheart contains only Ivermectin. When I called to inquire I was rather rudely handled by a man who insisted it was the same thing and that Ivermectin was the active ingredient. And that it was half the price of the real thing. I insisted this was false advertising and he finally switched me to a woman who also gave me a bit of a hard time until finally agreeing to give me a refund. FYI, Petco carries a Heartgard+ generic that is made by Merck, the same company that makes the brand name product. Which would you choose?

Love this site..their prices are great and no need for a prescription. Easy to navigate and good customer service if you need it

I have been ordering from Canadavetexpress for several years. I recently ordered the wrong product. MY fault but they agreed willingly to take a return of any unopened pill packs. I was so pleased. They even helped me order the replacement product. Now I just need to get the package sent back. I am thrilled they were so willing to help and did everything they could to help me out.

The shipping was quick and the site is very easy to navigate. The product is great and there were no issues.

I have been a customer for several years - I am very happy with the quality of the products and pricing, significantly cheaper than going through my vet. Shipping is pretty quick considering it's coming from out of the country. Very reliable.

This company has fantastic prices on Bravecto & Nexgard. Often, they send even bigger discounts than their already great prices. But on top of the great prices is the exceptional customer service. Canada Vet Express has never let us down!

For Canadians, prices on the site are in US dollars. I ordered a product and the amount shown on the invoice was apparently in USD but no where do they say that. It was only on my credit card statement that I found the currency conversion charge.

I was having some trouble checking out with the website, had to call customer service to get the order finalized. The gentleman that I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I have been using Canadavetexpress for a few years and will continue.

I have been purchasing NexGard from Canada Vet Express (CVE) for about the past 15 years. CVE always has provided world class service. I have recommended CVE to friends and family.

I have been a customer for some time, now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Pricing, availability and shipping are all great. Even during the early days of the pandemic, when everything got all out of whack, they got my pets’ medications to me in reasonable time, with good communication about possible delays, etc.

I have been using Canada Vet Express for over a year now and I have been very satisfied with their service and their products. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
