Cancel timeshare has refused to refund the almost $6000 my husband and I paid them to get us out of our timeshare. We signed a contract that clearly said that they will refund our money if they don’t successfully get us out after 2 years. Never for once in the contract did it say that our refund will be contingent on us getting an estoppel. They insisted that we have to go back and forth with the same company we contacted them to help us get out. If they had told us that our refund was going to be contingent on us getting an estoppel, we wouldn’t have agreed to sign knowing how difficult it was to communicate with our timeshare company. Instead the contract boldly gave a guarantee for refund after 2 years if they are not able to cancel our timeshare. This company is not a reputable company and if you do business with them you are risking losing your money. Scamming us out of our hard earned money in this period of hardship to make themselves rich is the height of all wickedness. They’re that bad that they’re not even responding to a letter from our lawyer attempting to get our money back. Attempts made through BBB to get the money back has proven futile. Their contract was clear when it came to the refunds. Giving them the benefit of the doubt was one mistake I made. When you see those negative reviews about this company and your guts tell you not to patronize them please follow your guts or you may regret that you did not listen to your gut. Remember there must be an atom of truth in those reviews cos there’s no smoke without fire. These guys are liars and a predatory business do business with them at your risk. $6k is a huge amount to lose during these times.

You guys responded that you have no record of me. You have record of my husband Mike. Our lawyers contacted you guys, even the South Carolina department of consumer affairs contacted you guys and you ignored them with no response till now. If that’s not stealing, predatory, and scamming then I don’t know what else it is.

I wanted to cancel my experience, but I never was capable of

My husband Stephen had a timeshare from Massanutten from his previous marriage. We never used it and have since relocated too far away from the resort. We initially contacted Sell My Timeshare Now and paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to try and sell it (which of course does not work). Then we started googling reputable timeshare exit companies and came across Cancel Timeshare. They were wonderful. The process took a little over a year, but Christine told us to expect that upfront. Anytime we had questions we could check the client portal and speak with Casey, our case worker. We cannot state how grateful we are to finally be done with this thing. We were paying so much money for no reason for years and when we spoke to the customer service people from massanutten they basically told us we had no options to get out of it without negative consequences.

my wife and I went to Daytona to see a race and got stuck staying in some dump of a hotel. then we got suckered into buying a points timeshare deal and didn't realize how expensive it would be overall. We discoverd that the fees went up and wouldnt stay the same like we were told. The salespeople also lied to us about how much it cost and did some fancy tricks to make it look like less money on paper when we got into it. After being at our wits end, we called cancel timeshare and are so glad they took on our situation. Cassidy is an amazing employee and should get a reward for taking care of me and Deb. Although the cancelling can take a little bit of time, its still the best route to go. This is the best company to go with. When we started looking wesley wanted to charge us over 10 grand. The newton team wanted almost 15k. Cancel timeshare did it for 299 per month for 12 payments.

Cancel timeshare helped my fiancé and I cancel a timeshare contract we bought as a mistake. They didn’t make us pay a ton of money upfront and got us out completely in just 4 months. They were a lot better priced than the other companies we talked to.

We had a timeshare with Wyndham that put our family in such a terrible financial situation we honestly didn’t know what we were going to do, other than drown in Wyndham debt with a brand-new baby. In total, we were paying Wyndham over $1600 monthly. We had to attend multiple “Owner Updates Sessions - Non Sales” where we were told that we were going to go over updates to Wyndham Timeshares, but in true Wyndham fashion, we really were there to be upsold. We were told that with the new updates, we would have to pay more money out of pocket (on top of the $1600 monthly) to book reservations, have our rooms cleaned, make guest reservations, etc, and that it would be in our best interest to go ahead and add more points (pay more money) to cover these changes. In total, we had to upgrade our ownership twice due to changes that Wyndham made to their policies, without owner consent, that they knew would ensure more required upgrades, down payments and debt for owners and more money for their pockets.

When you agree to become owners, everyone there is overjoyed, telling you that this is the best decision for you and your family and that they will always be available to you (total lie by the way) after showing you a inflated “breakdowns” of how much you would pay out of pocket without their timeshare over a ten year timeframe. NOT TRUE. After the high interest rates and maintenance fees and any other fees you would be made to pay, you’d be in debt so far out of control that it would equal to the amount of, or more in my case, than my mortgage.

HVM-S is a very knowledgeable team that helps you understand everything, every step of the way. Any questions that I had, any time I didn’t understand, anytime I needed to vent and be advised of my next or best option, they were there. HVM-S helped me get out of so much debt, helped to keep a roof over my families head, food in our fridge, and able to enjoy being new parents without wondering what we would be forced to do without and for how long. There is literally nothing negative that I can say about this company and not enough good that I could ever say. It’s my hope that anyone in a similar situation reaches out to HVM-S, this team is here to help you to get your finances and life back in order. HVM-S is not a very big company, family owned and operated so they understand the devastating effects that these timeshare companies and their ploys on families, retirees, and the elderly in general.
