Usually always perfect
Usually always perfect, the new Moroccan I received wasn’t as good as last batch. Very dry, not much taste and a lot weaker buzz.
The last batch had some moisture,flavour and high a 10 fold of this batch.
I will have wait,to try the next batch, .

So this was my first mail order and I was hesitant, read a lot of reviews here on trust pilot and went for it. I found the prices competitive. The site was clear and easy to use and was shocked when I opened my email the next day to find it delivered. Went to my mailbox downstairs and there it was!

Always receive quality customer care and good quality products. I enjoy receiving a sample of other strains to try and learn other strains that will work for my needs.
Delivery from BC to Quebec have been on a whole has been timely with no issues.

Completely unreliable
My last 2 orders were a complete disappointment. I placed an order in November on a Monday, payment was received and accepted within 5 mins but my product wasn't mailed out until Thursday that week. According to the tracking info, the label was created on Tuesday but the package wasn't dropped until Thursday at 152pm. If you order a strain and like it and try to order it again you get something completely different labeled as the same stuff. These people are completely unreliable and dishonest. I will never order from them again.
