Placed an order for a few simple butane refill tanks. It never shipped. I check my email- nothing. I check online and it’s listed as refunded. No notice was sent. I email them and am told my address didn’t match my debit card and I need to reorder. So I do. The exact same thing happens and no notice is sent. Again I’m told my address doesn’t match. I call my bank- they confirm my address matches. I order a third time and my order goes on “hold”. I have to legit harass them to get an answer. Where I’m told I need to wait for a manager. Several days pass and I have harass them AGAIN. One email reply says my address doesn’t match again, another person replies telling me I ordered while they are we’re moving warehouses and they couldn’t take orders so all orders placed them were automatically cancelled.
I ordered from someone else and got the items in two days. Don’t waste your time with Cannabox. This is an absolute shell show of a company. F-

I placed an order with them, received a shipping notification that was never updated, it only said the label was created. 22 days later I still do not have my item.

I have a ridiculous amount of emails regarding this, I believe only to stall. I am complaining to the FTC, I hope anyone else taken by these people do the same.

Awful experience. I was excited to receive my first box. Opened it to a broken pipe. Should have been an easy fix: contact cannabox, right? Wrong. 30(!!) Emails later, cannabox shuffled me to Route, route shuffled me back to cannabox, replacement order placed by Route and never shipped by cannabox. No help and still no replacement. The pipe was cheap thin glass and nowhere near worth the time and effort put into trying in vain to get the issue fixed. Don't. Just don't.

I love receiving my Cannabox. Fun themed stoner box with a T-shirt and bong. Christmas was a 🎄 bong.

!! SCAM !!

I've been ordering on this website a couple a days ago and I really was not sure about them but still decided top give it a try. The item was around 200$. Once the order was complete they sent me a email confirming my order, weird thing, they never took the payment from my account. I waited untill the next day to receive an email saying I've been refund, but again, nothing happend in my bank account. I contacted the support to know what was going on, and a lady replied that she was going to check this out and get back to me. On the same email, I could see she closed the case as 'resolved'. I emailed her back asking to explain me this situation and never got any answer back. The scamming comes in when the bank calls me to tell me someone as been trying to take 1000+ from the account so they blocked the transaction.

I really hope this review discourages you to order from this website since I could have endup with a -1000 in my account as you could if you give them ANY information.
