Starter s I like the service I received very much courteous polite and I received the gowns literally next day for such a short notice order of 300
However upon prepping them for the spiritual graduation of the youths I notice all gowns were not the same navy blue, there was threads hanging from many gowns, the material was different for the different shade of blue and there was an issue with some of the zippers that’s why my review is so and I do want God and his youths to have the best

I order my son graduation back in April…
I order my son graduation back in April my son graduated was May 24,2023 @ 9:00 a.m my son cap and gown didn’t come back in time after I had pay triple just for FedEx get the cap and gown on time and still didn’t receive it I was disappointed my son didn’t have a cap and gown on graduation day the company had excepted my pay but they had two different address but wasn’t for sure which address to send it when the company didn’t try reach out or call me

Hi LaKeshia, Thank you for your honest description of your point of view. For some reason your order didn't come through until May 22nd 2023, 2 days before your son's graduation. When your order was finally in, including your expedited shipping, our team did all they could to send this out to you so that it would make it before the 24th. FedEx ended up being delayed and sometimes these things happen. We understand your son's day didn't go as planned, if you would like to return the gown for a refund we can process one for you. Another options is sending you a refund on shipping. We hope you will accept one of these 2 options. Thanks again.
