If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I have had 2 different appointments set up with them. Both times they called 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and cancel. Horrible business practices and customer service.

Come on, is this company living in the dark ages?? Why is it mandatory to have ones 'spouse' or significant "other" present during a visit for quotation??

My Partner owns the property, and 'Ashly' "DEMANDED" that I also attend even if I have nothing legally to do with the property.

This is sexist, racist, and plain idiotic behavior from a 'reputable' company. Whats wrong with you?? Can't a women make decisions by herself?? what legality do you refer to that states that both parties must be present, when One of the parties clearly owns the property to 100%?

Do you not believe in that a 'women' can make her own decisions and sign contracts by herself??

Seriously, how many people [families] have you scammed into believing that only the male of the species can make decisions, and that the Female is inferior and should stay in the kitchen and serve the Male with all means possible?

You should be ashamed of yourselves - all of you at Capital Remodeling, Inc in Hanover Maryland, or maybe all the Females at Capital Remodeling, Inc are subservient in every possible way to the Male owners......

Don't have any business with this company as they don't respect women at all…..

I cold but great day. The workers were very efficient in what they do. Had only 3 workers but they got the whole house done in about 6 hours. Very professional.

The customer service was excellent from the representative that came to my house to person I spoke with on the from your Company,

I have used Capital Remodeling for two home projects and have been very satisfied with quality and work.

We had our windows replaced in our house. The guys that came over to do the job were very polite and hard workers. They got the job done quickly and neatly.

Very knowledgeable salesman and workers were very professional and good workers. Everything looked amazing when they were done.

The windows are nice, clean, and energy efficient. The workers were cordial, polite, and worked steadily until the project was done, I have no complaints at this time.

Approaching this project was a daunting task from the initial consultation til this day of completion has been nothing short of amazing. Ruben, Ossie and especially Amber were professional every step of tge way. Thank you all for making it easy to give 5 stars. Each of you earned it.

Capital remodeling replaced windows in the front of my house in 2017 and in the back of the house 2024 both times the work was professionally done and the windows look great

Beginning with the help of layout of the kitchen. Getting all the cabinet up. Only issue was the handles which was an issue at first and then after taking them back and then I ended getting the same ones with difference screws. Wish that had been clear from beginning, size of screws needed. It has been wonderful and everyone loves the looks.

Wow!! Just had a design representative meet with me within my home. He claims to have had 14 yrs experience. Yet his professionalism was that of a bully wanting to coerce a contract. After communicating what I wanted done to the kitchen and expecting a written quote highlighting the agreements and pricing…this man stood there looking at me seemingly attempting to get a verbal agreement. It was so bad I literally had to dismiss him from my home.

Got a call in December asking if we were interested in window replacement and that a sales rep would be in our area. We had been looking at replacing our windows, as they are originals from the 1970s. Ryan was the guy who came out and from the start was very honest about the size of our windows. They are an odd shape, very large. So we talked about pricing and how the process worked. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. After going through everything, we were happy with what Capitol Remodeling offered in there windows and the price for our size windows. It took a couple weeks for them to be made and then we got the call to be able to schedule the installation. The only complaint I have is when we asked what time they would be there we didn't get a response till after they were there and already started. I had to take my son to daycare so luckily I planned to drop him off by 8. The installation guy call my husband and said he would be there around 830. We both showed up at the house at the same time. Installation was smooth, loud but smooth for 6 windows only took them about half the day. Was very pleased with the workers. They cleaned up everything and made sure screws and such were picked up outside as we have a young boy who loves to be out there. Overall we were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them when we go to replace our sliding doors.

The installation guys were prompt, courteous and efficient.

The experience was great because of how the representative walked us through the process of the new windows and what's best and how they worked.
