DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service is non existent! And when I say this I mean there is no phone number, no email adddress and no way to contact anyone when your order goes missing!
If you try calling their other company Newcastle car keys they will deny all knowledge of it even though it’s the same company (car key assist)

Falsely advertised product. When it didn't work they have now refused refund as they cut it. This is a violation of my consumer rights and this company should be avoided.

Ordered and paid for an emergency blade for my Jaguar and paid DPD next day.
About a week later I chased them up as I hadn't received my key.
They informed me that due to the cyber attack at Jaguar it was unknown when they can provide the key.
Sent 3 emails back asking for a refund over the following weeks but they totally ignored me.
Had to claim back through my bank as was not getting any response from the company.
Yes they are cheaper than most and I appreciate not getting the data from Jaguar is understandable. However ignoring my requests for a refund goes to show how they operate.
Definitely not use them again and rather pay a little more for a better reliable company.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME I should have known as there is no contact telephone number for this company.
I ordered and paid for a key 5 days ago I also paid next day delivery DPD.
IV messaged them ever since, today they tell me they're awaiting documentation and I.d. from me in order to cut? I was awaiting delivery since last Friday as I have no car key? Today when requested I immediately returned the requested documentation and immediately they've cancelled my order.
An absolute shit shoe and 5 wasted days without a car, thanks.
P.s. I never normally leave a negative review ever so it's gota be bad.

I had a really good experience with this company. They succeeded where another company had failed. Mine was a tall order. I needed to replace the key blade on an original key, which had worn down beyond recognition (on a seven year old car with remote central locking . . .) and all I had to work with was the car's spare key (an aftermarket key that had been cut crudely, by tracing the original, a few years ago).
So, I was trying to source a new blade for an original key, by sending photos of an aftermarket spare, that had not been cut to code 😁
Needless to say, this was my second attempt. I knew it was a long shot. I didn't pursue the previous company for a refund when their key didn't work. Although their key didn't turn in the ignition, it did work in the driver's door, so I gained a valet key, I suppose! 😄
Not wanting to give up and call a mobile locksmith (or worse, go cap in hand to the main dealer) I found this company on a google search. I know nuffink about them, but I could pay with PayPal so there was no risk of getting my bank card cloned or whatever, and you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, right?
I sent them the same photos as I'd sent the previous company. These guys came back with a key blade that had one notch a shallower depth, compared to the previous attempt. When it turned in the ignition, I was like "NO WAY!" 😲
These guys clearly know their stuff. They were slightly more expensive than the previous company I tried, but this is what I was paying for - their expertise when the key code is ambiguous.
I highly recommend them, and thank them for the happy ending! 😊

Initial enquiries regarding transponder were detailed, helpful and efficient. So I decided to order notwithstanding the high postage. After 4 weeks did not receive the item. Have emailed many times and no response. Customer service is poor once the item has been paid. Finally received the item after 6 weeks. Seems the delay in receiving the item due to courier service from UK to Australia. Haven't got the transponder coded yet but looks OK.

The key didn't fit, I was asked to send pics of both keys which i did and never received a response, i have chased 3 times with no reply. £25 for a useless piece of metal. No customer service avoid at all costs

U.S. buyer here. Found this site and even with the outrageous shipping cost, it was still cheaper to have them cut me a key from a photo than if I did the same in the U.S.

The key itself is slightly thicker than the original but does work.

Bear in mind that you must factor in the PROGRAMMING of the key as well. Not something this company can do remotely. I have a 2009 Honda and I had to purchase a cheap(ish) programmer from Amazon. Once I used the programmer, the key and remote fob from Car Keys Online synced up perfectly and I have a spare key for the car.

Ordered a genuine Kia smart key for 2016 Kia Ceed that no other key would program to the car ordered it at 2:30pm received it next day 11am programmed straight in spot on

Extremely poor.
Told absolute certainty that the key does fit my vehicle, questioned immediately whether it needed a transponder, it does but they said categorically it doesn’t and it’s in the key, complete rubbish. The key turns up doesn’t code. E mailed them to say that get nothing back. Just ignores you and hopes it goes away. Extremely poor company

Keys arrived on time, got them programmed as planned in under 5 minutes. Good quality and does what it says on the tin. Used their cut to photo service which was handy.

I would say, avoid at all costs, website gives very ambiguous information. I received my key and it would not even turn the barrels of the doors or ignition of my vehicle, deposit me providing all the requested information on order!

I emailed immediately, and responses were spasmodic, I felt like I was being 'brushed off'. all replies were very dismissive, and I was talke down to a lot, and any questions I asked were pretty much ignored.

Despite the item not being 'fit for purpose' (ie it didn't turn the locks), I was only given a partial refund. I am now following the matter up with Trading Standards!

No contact of the company. no communications. Please Avoid.

I need to return a key but cannot get a reply and there is no address to return to

Ordered a key for my Combo van which arrived the next day. Sadly it was too wide to go in the door lock and looked nothing like my original.
I emailed them several times but never got a reply.

Luckily I’d paid with PayPal so was able to get a full refund as this company hadn’t even replied to PayPal

Wouldn’t trust them with anything ever again - a shame we can’t give zero stars!!!

Read the terms .. they supply aftermarket remotes that you can obtain online for pennies.

Once you add delivery etc . It's expensive and a rip off

I needed a car key blade cutting which was showing on the website as £7 plus postage, this was a bargain as my local key cutter / shoe repairer had quoted £20 and to be honest they struggle with ordinary Yale type keys.
I ordered over a weekend and received the automated confirmation. However, I'd misunderstood part of the process and received an email from Vicky on the help desk detailing the issue, I responded to this and expected there to be a delay as a result.
I was delighted to receive another email confirming that my order had been dispatched that day.
One very happy customer, great pricing AND great customer service, not often you get both these days.
