I wish I could give it ZERO stars, but it won't let me.
After a week, still no shopping info, so I reached out via email. No response, so I reached out a second time. Then I saw these poor reviews, so I called my credit card to dispute the claim.

Four days later, I got an email response that said.... "Your FRAUDULANT transaction was cancelled. BURN IN HELL B.I.T.C.H!!!" (Had to put periods between letters as my review was declined for bad language)

I wish I would have saved myself the trouble and looked at reviews prior to try and order from this site. Found the same thing on Amazon for 1/3 of the price.

When I placed an order. I never got a Confirmation email. When I emailed them because they have no customer service number. I never got an answer so I reply to them again and finally got an answer. I never received my product or a order number. And then I went ahead and did a call back on my card. The product finally did come in, but it was the wrong part. Didn't even come close to my truck. That I ordered it for and when they found out that I did a recall on the account. I offered them to send the product back on my expense. And I got an email back from them cussing me. Out terribly into different emails. Do not order anything from this company. They are rude disrespectful. And totally Unprofessional, you should see the email that they sent me. It was like a little child screaming at their mother and curse words. I would place the email on here for everyone to see. But I do not want the kids that may try to order from them. See what kind of language that they use out there?

THEY GOT ME. SCAMMED . NEVER SHIPPED ME MY 90 DOLLAR RADIO INSTALL KIT. NOW IM ABOUT TO CHARGEBACK FROM MY BANK

Maybe I just got lucky but I've got all my stuff today and own time

do not use this site for anything i should of read the reviews first thats on me but i ordered a dashkit and expedited shipping still no tracking or update i emailed them for a update and nothing its been a week got no response this site should be taken down BIG SCAM!!!

I'm sometimes hesitant to trust Trustpilot reviews because I feel like it's only filled with the worst experiences people have from a site instead of the normal ones, but believe me when I say this place is shady! Don't buy from them at all. They claim that they ship within 48 hours, but it's been over a week and they never shipped my order. I reached out to them to cancel my order -- it's been days now and still no response. Thankfully I was able to reach out to my bank and dispute the charge, so my bank refunded me. This website is a total scam.

Watch out, good thing I found these reviews. I emailed the sales email they provided on their website to ask a question regarding a part I was going to order (see if it would fit my car), that a week ago and still no reply. If to ask a simple question I was ignored, imagine if they have to process a return. I’ll save my time and money.

Ordered and Item and its been 2 weeks. They never sent the item and no response from customer service. I paid for expedited shipping also. Scam website.

If i could give them no stars i would. They said they would send me a replacement for the order that got lost. Never did and never refunded me either.

This place is horrible. I bought an item and turned out I didn’t need it. I contacted CarAmps via their email because there’s no phone listed. Finally provided with RM#. Returned item immediately, it’s been 3 weeks, no refund and CarAmps continues to ignore my email request for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! It’s not worth the hassle or headache!

I waited for a week for an update to an order that I paid for expedited shipping on. I emailed CS, no response. I have emailed multiple times to no avail. I have emailed for a refund. No response. I reported them to the BBB since this company is a damn scam.

When I asked to process a return, he thanked me for “wasting his time”

I told him I would be reviewing his customer service and he began to curse at me
