I also believe customers would appreciate receiving a simple SMS or email notification when the inspector arrives on site and again when the inspection is completed, along with an estimated timeframe for receiving the report. This would help buyers communicate and negotiate with sellers in a more timely and informed manner.
Overall, a professional service with thorough reporting, and I would happily consider using them again.

Friendly service and easy to organise.
This service was so helpful for understanding whether the car was a good buy or not.
In my case the report came back noting a few expensive repairs that would need done. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase.
I believe that CarAssure has saved me thousands of dollars and also spared me lots of stress.
I highly recommend this business if you are not mechanically minded and don't have access to the diagnostic tools etc.
