You read or hear of so many bad reviews. My experience has been very positive... advert submitted Saturday night, approved Sunday morning, sold early Sunday afternoon, deposit banked this afternoon. I am a really happy seller and the buyer was so polite and helpful. This happens when both sides really want to do business.

I’m a serious buyer with no-one coming back to me. Actually, I did have one come back to me saying they sold a year ago and had stopped the ad back then. I’ve enquired on 6 others with a couple of follow ups and nothing! Assuming they put up fake ads to make it look like there’s more on offer than there is…old internet trick for a modern business.

Our experience as a seller:
Not happy enough about the service, including the many technical issues and unnecessary complications in the system.
Too expensive.
Sadly, there is no real alternative.

So many scammers texting and emailing me, didn’t even get any real buyers contact me on here, had listing up for 3 months, other free sales website/pages are much better and you done have to pay $100+ in ad fees

I have asked a question regarding one of your motor homes and received no reply. I am actively looking for a motor home with specific requirements, and I was very interested in one of the vehicles on the web site and needed clarification on a few points and . . . . crickets.

Sends unsolicited sales emails. Don’t even know how they got my details. Think carsales sells them. Not impressed. Will never do business with them hate pushy sales. Gross and a turn off

Customer service is poor. I sent an enquiry that was ignored with no attempt to resolve the issue.

It's effective in finding genuine buyers. It is expensic=ve to advertise though.

I’ve already recommended this site to other friends looking to sell their caravan. Other than some problems with in listing it because it didn’t have my specific model and just went to a default model, everything else was easy and efficient.

There were no real enquiries from this site at all. A couple of messages from guys offering super low prices, without even looking at the van, maybe resellers. Marketplace had several enquiries straight away and was able to boost the van in caravan and camping groups and all for free. I have a car on carsales and a caravan on this site, paid $450 to advertise on you sites and zero serious enquiries. A complete contrast from previous years using this platform.

Customer service grest, cost high, but we only got scam messages to sell otherwise not even one enquiry.

Buyers beware Lumberjack caravans now call themselves X Series toy haulers and campervans. They have all the same addresses and phone numbers as the old Lumberjack site they are trying to phase out. Understand Lumberjack management cant change their site quick enough because they ripped off hundreds of people over the years and now a new name and loggo will fix everything, well let me tell you it wont. If you unfortunately get caught out as many have you will find out very quickly that once you pay your money to these rogues, they do not want to know you, they will not respond to warranty claims sver and you will be left to repair all their Chanese componentry yourself BEWARE your warranty wlii be your wallet Remember Lumberjack are now trying to rip people with the new Re brand X SERIES avoid at all costs.

Good to advertise on a secure site. Links to how to sell were very useful. It was just a bit difficult to find the way back to remove the ad after it had been paused.

Absolute shockers.
Supplied a manufactured welded steel frame 22mm out of square and claim its a warranty issue.
sales person tells me via email that most of the items he has are the same and could,nt replace it.
You send it back at YOUR and we will refund

We were extremely impressed by the activity, contacts and viewings.

Our campervan was sold in just over one week.
