No product delivered. The company has not responded or refunded me.

Ich muss mich leider allen anderen hier getätigten Erfahrungen anschließen.
Die Fa. ist nicht erreichbar, egal auf welchem Weg man es probiert.
Meine 89,– Euro muss ich nun wohl in den Wind schreiben.
Also auch meine Empfehlung: Finger weg, niemals dort etwas bestellen!!

Not even a 1...ordered their product in December, have not received anything. They said they had some delays in product delivery but NOTHING. They took my money with no product sent in return. I tried to reach out to customer support and received this mail delivery failure. "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to info @ carbonklean.com. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Actually want to leave ZERO stars. Ordered 3 Peeps Eyeglass cleaners in November 2025 and have yet to receive them. 6 times I have emailed at info@carbonklean and 5 times I have received the same email, word for word, that supplies were backordered and my order will be filled soon. The last email attempt bounced back and Google said this is no longer a valid email address. I have tried calling the customer service number several times and each time the automated message says number is no longer in service. I have asked for a refund and nothing...AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT GET SCAMMED THE WAY I HAVE

Ich habe am 04.12.2025 eine Bestellung aufgegeben, natürlich wurde meine Kreditkarte sofort belastet. Die bestellte Ware ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Auf meine Mails kam immer nur eine Standardantwort. Es kam bis jetzt auch das geforderte Geld nicht zurück. Ich denke es handelt sich um groß angelegten Betrug.

Total fraud. Each inquiry resulted in robo-response asking for patience then my fourth inquiry was “undeliverable.”

Ordered in December. No product received. No emails responded to. If I click on my order I cannot access the page. Going through the chargeback process with credit card company.

Ordered the CarbonKlean on 12/20/25, a month later I asked when it would be shipped. I received an answer that due to the heavy volumes it would be awhile and i could request to cancel. I then asked to cancel, and I have not heard another word. They do not respond to my emails so I disputed the transaction with PayPal and got a refund. Horrible company

Placed order in November 2025. Have been asking for refund since January!! Absolute thieves! And scammers. Do not do any transaction!

Same as the other 69 reviews. Ordered Jan. 15th and was promptly billed $27.55 for their product to clean glasses with. After having no success in many emails I sent them requesting cancel and refund my money, I tried calling. Seems that number has been disconnected, just like my money and many others that wrote here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

As with many other I ordered two PEEPS lens cleaners for Christmas 2025 and money was taken immediately but no delivery to date in Feb 2026. Communication is non existing with only automated responses. Basically this is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered 4 sets (AUD$107.97) on 26 Nov 2025. Nothing sent. No replies to emails. Just received a reply from the Better Business Bureau and they couldn't get a reply either. The website is now considered unsafe. SCAM!!!

Wish I could give them less than 1 star because they don’t even deserve that. I placed an order in November 2025 and they had no problem taking my $82 but they don’t follow through. I still haven’t received my order and have sent them at least 5 follow-up emails. The ONLY response I received is the same stupid automated response that they are behind and thank you for your patience. Such a joke. I don’t understand how companies like this can stay in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I received 2 pairs of Peeps to clean my glasses, but with the microfibre pads missing. I have emailed numerous times to ask for these to be sent, but have not even received a response and the items are useless without the pads, just umpteen more smears.
Hopeless customer service.
I contacted the Canadian arm of this company and was told that the US company are no longer operating, but still taking orders!! Says it all. Do not order.

Ordered a cleaner for eyeglasses in mid-December. Payment was taken from my credit card immediately. Product did not come so about four weeks in I started trying to reach customer service. I have reached out four times now and have heard nothing back and still do not have the product.

Habe am 15.12.2025 eine Bestellung getätigt und bis heute weder die Ware noch eine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Do not order from this company, they are scammers. The customer service number is out of service. I contacted afterpay about this purchase and provided all the information for the claim…..nothing was resolved and never received the product but took my money.

Bei CarbonKlean handelt es sich um ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen, das aber in der Werbeanzeige einen deutschen Shop vortäuscht.
Das Geld wird über paypal sofort (15.12.2026 abgebucht. Lieferung ist bis heute, 24.1.2026 nicht angekommen. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standardschreiben (s. andere Bewertungen). Von dem Kündigunsangebot habe ich heute Gebrauch gemacht. Antwort: wortgleiches Standardschreiben. Ich habe wenig Hoffnung, dass ich innerhalb der von mir gesetzten Frist eine Erstattung erhalte und werde danach paypal einschalten.
Nachtrag: Geld wurde von Paypal zurück erstattet, Jubel!

Product ordered 12/25/2025. No tracking notices, no information. Checking on filing dispute on payment with my card company. Disappointed because I like the product and it works for me. I need the replacement pads and ordered extra cleaners to have on hand.
