Working with Ashlyn Cameron was an absolute pleasure and made our transition from an old gas water storage system to a new 320L Emerald heat pump incredibly smooth. She was highly knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process, from the initial proposal to understanding the expected rebates. Communication was always prompt, and she made us feel totally comfortable asking questions along the way. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to make the switch to electric water heating. It's refreshing to link in with an adviser, who is present, enthusiastic and very importantly, reliable. There were several occasions during our process where we needed to reconnect at a future time. Jude would always ring on the minute and once, when held up in a meeting, he thoughtfully contacted me to mention that he'd be half an hour later than originally expected. And then phoned on time The bottom line, was that I trusted his integrity and performance. if I was needing to seek out future products or service. I spoke with Avelina about having a heat pump installed after our gas hot water tank broke. Avelina made the whole process very easy including getting the rebates and helping with all the online paperwork. Avelina recommended the Emerald 270ltr heat pump which we are very happy with.

Ash was so helpful, knowledgeable and approachable when it came to agreeing to the proposal given and booking in our installation for the electric heat pump. We got all the rebates she said we would expect, and she walked us through every step of the way (proposal approval, rebates and installation). Communication was prompt from Ash, and we felt comfortable asking any questions we had. We highly recommend Carbon Savers, Ash and Emerald. We are thrilled with our decision to change to electric. Wasted 39 minutes of my day and got me running late. I received a call from them pickup thinking it will be quick one. I was called by Isobel, she didn’t have answers to basic questions I asked and she was putting me on hold to ask someone the answers every single time. The call was dragging and I asked her to give me information about brands they use and price multiple times which she didn’t address. At last I told her I was running late which I was and then she emailed me the link with docu sign without discussion on brands they offer and price comparison. I open the link and she was like “I can see you opened the link, sign the document and I will put it through rebate”. I told her I am not rushing and signing anything. Then she was like I will call you in the afternoon and I said to her not today and then she was like tomorrow 10:00 Am. When I looked at the quote it was double the price quoted than others and I was seriously shaken by this. Imagine someone with no much idea fall for this scam. Also the battery they quoted was the low quality in the market with the highest price quoted I have seen so far. Yeah so such a bad experience won’t recommend anyone.

It was a great customer service, Alex made the whole process very easy and smooth.

There was a bit of discrepancy in the quoted verbal price to begin with, my word against theirs. They scheduled a time and actually came very early to install the heat pump. The 2 installer guys just argued about how to install it. When they had finished, they asked for my phone to set up the timer in the App, which they did without showing me how to do it. The unit seemed to work ok, until one day it did not. I looked at the App and tried to get it going, but could not. I rang Carbon Savers and told them the app was not working. They said the App was to do with Emerald, and I`d have to get their help, but they also sent instructions on how to pair the unit with the App. Nothing worked when I followed the instructions after several attempts. I rang Carbon Savers back and got this condescending woman say to me that the unit didn't need the App to work, but I could not reset the time on the unit. Some help explaining the workings of the unit from either the salespeople or the installers would have been great help. Emerald asked for screenshots of the isuues, in this day and age, no one wants to speak with you; they expect you to work out your issues with the sent information and self-help lists. I could not reset the clock on the unit, let alone program any operation times on it. None of the instructions they sent would work, until I thought of turning the unit off, unplug it, like when you reboot your electronic devices, which I did, and then I was able to reset the time and pair the App again, but the App is not easy to follow with its weird questions it wants you put in when you come home or leave. I even tried to find another installer to ask questions about how the unit worked, but got channeled back to Carbon Savers, who never followed up on my inquiry. I`m dreading whether there is a major issue with the heat pump, as I`ll probably be left high and dry. Where are the customer after-sales services these days

Alex was great from the very beginning. Quite knowledgeable about the whole process and honest enough to let us know when he needed to check to get us the exact answer we needed to our questions. The tradesmen were very efficient and were done within the time they said they would be. We're also very happy with their installation of our Heat Pump - very neat and respectful of our property. Would recommend Carbon Savers to anyone wanting to install a Heat Pump.

I was apprehensive about this whole solar journey, I was lucky enough to choose Carbon savers,
The first phone call was to Ella who’s patience and product knowledge was reassuring, Ella stayed on the phone a walked me through the process which I was dreading, but it went through without a hitch, then I was transferred to Kaylen who was a great support and made the whole process a breeze. Ella did the hot water and Kaylen did the split system paper work and installation.
Then I had Geoff come out for inspection before installation, he arrived on time , was courteous, talked to me about position of outlets and the operation of the system.
I wasn’t home when the 2 installers arrived , both teams arrived on time, but the gentleman who put the hot water had to alter the position that we had made, but this was not a problem . I appreciated he wasn’t upset about the fact he had to dig it out a bit more.
The team who installed the split system , worked all day it was so hot on the day, and I want to acknowledge young Jack who worked all day in the stinking hot roof, without a complaint.
I have had other people at my house doing quotes and believe me I haven’t had a team that have looked after me and made me feel like I could ring and ask any question and nothing was to much trouble.
I hope these people how much it meant to me and how supported I felt through the whole journey.
I take my hat off who ever is employing these people , what a great company to work with.

Punctual polite friendly and courteous service and installation. Sarah is very friendly and helpful with all aspects of selling and arranging for my installation. The tradesmen are competent and efficient with their installation and explained what and why they were doing and the electrician explained and helped me set up the app and to pair to my network and phone

What a team! Yesterday saw a ducted heated/cooling installation and a solar battery installation. A massive shout out to Michael, who helped me with the heating and cooling. Michael went above and beyond and answered all my questions - even the dumb ones! Michael has already made a follow up call to ensure that everything went well. Also a shout out to Ash who sorted the solar battery installation, also very patient and a pleasure to deal with. The installation teams were amazing. Everyone arrived on time and both installations were done quickly and professionally. I can't thank you guys enough. If I could give you ten stars I would because five doesn't seem to be enough.
