By far the worst car dealership/repair center you can possibly imagine. Buy your car elsewhere. Repair your car elsewhere!
I bought my brand new A6 etron in February 2026 with Carby Faro.
The car was covered front to back, top to bottom in micro scratches due to repeatedly being washed in their automated car wash.
I then spend a lot of money to get it professionally rectified and ceramic coated.
I immediately ordered a few spare parts both for interiors as well as exterior. I must’ve spend about 15 calls and emails trying to chase the order. It’s now mid May and I still haven’t received a reply from the Audi parts department. Despite me even asking the sale people to assist. No reply and no parts. And this is surprising from a AUDI PARTS department. Hopeless customer service.
Unfortunately I had some rim damage which needed a new tyre. The replacement of this tire took nearly 3 weeks. Again utter hopeless communication and service. Impossible to speak to anybody to get any updates.
I specifically asked for the car NOT to be washed. I asked twice over the phone and several text messages with the very same very specific requests. It was covered in fine sand and dust after three weeks and I did not want the car to be washed there but instead done by professionals to avoid the scratches again and damage the car again.
They washed the car before I picked it up in their car wash. Complete car covered in the circular scratches again. €1800 damage.
I now have to start a claim process with a company that is unable to reach and has the absolute worst customer service you can imagine.
You spend €80knin a car but it’s easier to get an appointment with the pope than it is to get some customer service and recognition from Audi/ Volkswagen Carby Faro.
Avoid avoid avoid
Ps… the €50 left on my car was gone at the end of the repair…..
