I unfortunately fell of this terrible SCAM they take a deposit and never hear from them agin ! how are they still getting away with this!!! avoid!!!

They were a nightmare start to finish - watch the pricing and read the terms. They stole my car keys and I needed to replace the locks and ignition AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

I got a quote to move a vehicle, I was happy with the quote and went to proceed and paid the £20 deposit.
I then had to contact the vehicle transport company myself to be told they could not do the job for the amount quoted on the Car Carry system and it would cost an additional £155. Now with the new price not being competitive I have cancelled the job and have been requesting a refund of my deposit for days and no one from Car Carry have bothered to reply yet and the deposit hasn't been paid back yet and I am still chasing. Looking at other reviews it's looking like a scam and unless Car Carry resolve the matter their reviews will hopefully bring them down. Looks like I need to go to trading standards.
Further investigation shows Dean Hamblett is also linked to another company ' DRIV4 Ltd ' so be aware.

I paid £40 deposit for a transport of my car, but the number for the carrier says they have not heard of the website, and my calls/emails go unanswered. I can only assume it it is a scam, and I have reported to trading standards.

I paid a £40 deposit to the website for a carrier to transport my car, when I contacted the number the website gave me, the man answered by saying, "I don't know where these calls come from, I have nothing to do with the website" and promptly hung up. No response to my emails to CarCarry, the phone number on the website perpetually goes to answerphone, and I never get a call-back. I can only assume this is a scam, and I have reported to trading standards. I don't expect to get my money back, but hopefully it will shut them down so no one else has to deal with this.

What a ball ache ! The transport company I booked through you just do not communicate at all. You have my deposit , I have tried calling you and emailing but no reply. I would like my money back!

The website is inferior. They charged my account three times for the service, even though I had already cancelled it. I tried to get a refund by emailing them, but I received no response. I also tried calling and left my phone number, but they didn’t reply. They unfairly took £52 from me.

God awful company, do not waste your money! I got a quote via their platform for a car to be recovered, paid the deposit as requested, then the recovery company never turned up, wouldn’t answer my calls and have now blocked my number! I requested a refund for my deposit via car carry about a week ago now and have had absolutely no response at all! Complete s*#t show of a company!!

Easy to use, prices were really competitive and the transport driver was on time and very efficient.

Awful experience - buggy website which, amongst other things, tells you messages haven't been sent when they in fact have, and couriers who don't seem to have any clue that you've booked them via the site.

My courier ignored calls, eventually answered and promised a callback, which never materialised, and then went completely silent. Even if the site is simply a 'matching system' then it's poorly executed, poorly curated and poorly managed.

Several calls and messages to the site have gone unanswered and they still owe me money for the aborted job, so I'm now having to request a chargeback via my bank.

Don't waste your time and money.

Good service from Car Carry but the provider was poor. I booked a collection but they never arrived and I was unable to contact anyone that day. Now had refund and had the car moved by myself. Make sure you check out the actual provider not the platform.
