Terrible experience modern day loan sharks
Only positive experience was with a lady called roisin who gave a grace period on surrendering the vehicle
Otherwise terrible service
Wanted to make a complaint was told to fill the form out on website but no form for complaint just a phone number but was told couldn’t make complaint over the phone

Carcash point have really assisted me. I had a problem with my car and they were so reassuring and very quick in helping me to switch to an alternative vehicle. Paul goes out of his way to meet tight deadlines and Kash was so lovely too.

Great help. Hollie was very helpful whenever called upon. Thanks for all of your help!

Had three loans now with CCP, generally you deal with the same names and faces which is good, although these type of loans are a higher interest, I find they are cheaper than others on offer by far... the name of the game is to settle asap, which they are happy for you to do, weve settled all our loans 24 months early, on our middle loan we did encounter financial struggles at home and the team were more than helpful, offered lots of assistance while I got back on track, after 3 loan agreements id be more than happy to enter a 4th for short term cash, thanks guys !

This is the second time I had loan with them. I got the loan in July 2025 and took a loan of £1500. When I asked for a settlement quote to clear the loan in January 2026. After making payments of 5months x £170. I still need to pay £1650 which is more than what i borrowed. When I borrowed I was told that I would paying each month towards both interest and principal amount. its a joke that £1650 still left to pay. Terrible experience this time.

Got a loan ok and was told may as well do 36 month loan as can pay back extra when I want. Made extra payment but it was sat as credit due to being unable to contact them with numerous phone calls. Was told I'd get sent an email with email address to use for contact as no one answers the phone. Still no email received and no idea whether my second payment is going towards my loan yet. Ive had no statements or balances since I started and as yet still no idea whether my extra payments have been paid off due to another 4 unanswered calls

Really helpful and helped when I needed it, would recommend to anyone needing quick funds against their vehicle
