When have problem with tool, never reply on messages, never will help u! Support is bad when have problems with tools what they solded, but when u want purchase something they reply very fast, when need help, nevar reply and help!

They sent me a faulty PADFLASH tool and now they won't replace it

Chinese based thieves and scammers. Took large payment from me and then sent Whatsapp asking for copies of my ID and Credit Card - I refused, cancelled order but no refund received. Reported to Police and Chinese Embassy (very helpful).

Ordered launch product three months ago, they say it went to the wrong address and would wait for it to be sent back, now said it came back and now the contact has gone cold, I feel this is a scam website do not use, they will take your money and send you nothing. If i could give zero i would, ordered a eeprom adaptor and chips, on their tracking it showed as delivered but royal mail in uk said tracking is fake and wrong format to track, lost £84 as paypal only used their tracking and refused the claim even though royal mail could not even verify or trace the multi stages of tracking that china tracking claimed. Useless comms as well, my advice is stay away from this drop shipper if you value your money.

Ordered a DoIP MB SD Connect from cardiagtooluk. Everything was delivered correctly but I couldn't work with it. After contacting cardiagtooluk, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong version, the conversation was handled via WhatsApp and cardiagtooluk exchanged the correct version for me without any problems, very quickly and easily.
A big thank you for the help, for the simple, unbureaucratic help.
One more reason to shop with you.

Disappointed. This is a China based operation with no presence in the uk.

Ordered a Honda HDS HIM interface device with software on DVD - V3.104.024. Arrived in uk from China in 11 days.

The unit is a copy of the Teradyne(US) HIM. The software disc files would not extract/decompress as most are password protected.
Cardiagtool.co.uk were unable to provide password(s), or supply that version of HDS.
They could only identify a MegaCloud download for an older version of HDS – (3.102.008)

Cardiagtool.co.uk thereafter did not respond to request for a part refund for the defective software (£12).

Now is the second time when I have used the services of cardiagtool.co.uk and again I am very satisfied about the interaction, the support and the shipping time.. I recommend .
