Had a great experience getting our new property. Millie couldn't have been anymore helpful and kept us in the loop and up to date the whole way and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and thank you Millie for all your help!

We had a very positive experience with Cardiff Estates & Lettings throughout our tenancy, and I would especially like to mention Millie Slade, with whom we had the most contact over the years.

Millie has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, always warm, friendly, respectful and incredibly professional. Whether through emails, property inspections or meeting in person, she always paid attention to every detail and made everything feel easy and well organised. She is someone who naturally inspires trust and confidence, and somehow always manages to put a smile on your face too.

She is genuinely exceptional at what she does and a real credit to the Cardiff Estates & Lettings team.

Thank you, Millie, for everything over the years. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with you. I couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

Easy and straightforward process. Mille was a great help and had everything sorted for us as soon as possible. Would recommend to others.

Since the first viewing everything went very smooth until the final rental agreement. I dealt with Millie and she has been great and very supportive throughout. Millie was always prompt and efficient in dealing with the various steps of the renting process. I would definitely recommend Cardiff Estates and Lettings. Thanks a lot for all your support

Really good place to rent from, especially if you are planning to rent or sell your property. We had a very good experience with Cardiff Estate and Letting Agent. I would especially like to mention Millie, who was amazing and always tried her best to help us. Mary was also very kind and helpful; she even took our keys and came to our place to hand them over.

Overall, the whole process was very smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Cardiff Estate and Letting Agent.

Myself and my partner recently started renting a property. This was our first time doing this and we were a little nervous as we had never been through something like this before. We found a property we were interested in with Cardiff Estates and Lettings.

Right from the start through to finish Millie and in particular Victoria were so helpful and reassuring at all times with any query or question we had.

Since moving into the property they have been incredible, with any issues we have raised they have gotten back to us and provided help or guidance with what to do next really quickly and efficiently.

Thank you Victoria you are doing a great job!! And thank you for all the support you have given us.

It was a good experience overall. Especially the support for settling down at new place and maintenance was great. Thanks to Charlotte for coordinating everything at the start and Millie for handling all the requests in a great manner. Thank you Mary for your consideration. Will definitely recommend to others.

Just a simple but honest review on Cardiff Estates and Lettings and how amazing the whole process of moving house has been from start to finish. Millie was an absolute star and not only was she quick to respond to all my enquiries but made my move seamless and stress free. Professional and thorough, I felt looked after and valued. I cannot recommend Millie and her team enough, if only all agencies were as friendly and accommodating. Top service all round.

Everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. They reply quickly to emails, answer any questions and respond to maintenance problems swiftly. The property itself is exactly as seen and described online.

As a landlord, I have been with Cardiff estates and lettings for 5 years and they have really gone above and beyond to make me feel I'm with a lettings agency that I can trust. Having had a very difficult previous tenant they dealt with each situation diplomatically and carefully ensuring that I avoided having the constant stress. The staff are all pleasant and friendly and answer queries promptly. Highly recommend.

Really lovely people who were really helpful and patient helping me through every step of the process. Really recommend.

We were delighted by the service provided by Allen&Harris Estate agent for our sale. We were extremely pleased with the outcome, realistic valuation, great communication and professional service. Would highly recommend James, Vicki and Connor to anyone looking to sell their property. Well done Allen&Harris keep up the good work!

Lauren at Cardiff lettings have been amazing, she has been so understanding with the difficulties a young gentleman faces daily and has made the whole process of him moving simple. Lauren has been on hand to answer any questions.

Cardiff Estates and Lettings have been fantastic in helping me find a rental property. They have been very professional and pleasant throughout the whole process.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this company and how stress free and smooth the whole process of renting a property from them was. Victoria was amazing and was so clear and precise in everything she did, all with such a high level of professionalism too.

The last few months when finding a property I've dealt with a few agents/companies where there has been zero communication, failing to deliver on what they said and end up being quite pushy when they need something but no where to be seen when you need something. None of this was experienced with Cardiff Estates & Lettings, I think the previous agents I've dealt with elsewhere need to spend a day with Victoria so they can see how it's done properly!

If I know anyone in the Cardiff area who is looking to rent, buy or sell I'll be putting them in the direction of Cardiff Estate & Lettings!

Mary and Team are very helpful. Really pleased.

Great little estate agents, really give the personal touch
