I purchased a license renewal program from US Realty Training at the very end of 2025, which activated 1/1/26. I was originally told, by the sales person, that I had two weeks to see if the program was a fit to be able to cancel. I wasn't able to access the program to see if it's a good fit until I had purchased it. I purchased the program during the holidays, as that was when I had a moment to do so, due to my work schedule. Once I returned from holiday on 1/4/26, I tried logging on & using program a few times, but it wasn't a good fit. The webpage they designed has a huge navigation bar on the left side, and a bunch of headers at the top, which squishes the study material into a small box taking up about 30% of the page. This is the ONLY WAY to access the material, unless you pay an extra $100 to download separate PDFs for each section. This felt not only frustrating, but also underhanded, as they could easily design it differently. I am currently signed up with another program that is fantastic! Additionally, before purchasing, I asked the sales person what the FAQ were, and the frequent frustrations were from "students", and she never shared these issues. Having only a small screen and no other access to study material would be frustrating to most students, so I know this isn't their first rodeo. On 1/7, I reached out to cancel, and again, the person I spoke with on the phone reiterated the 2 week cancelation policy. She gave me an email address for cancelations which I reached out to. When they replied on 1/8/26, it was an individual responding (Kian Khalifian) who Cc'd about 5 other individuals. The communication was (Thank you for submitting your information.
I understand you’re requesting a refund for your purchase; however, our refund policy allows for refunds within 2 days of the original purchase date. As your request falls outside that window, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund at this time.) When I inquired about why I was told there was a 2 week cancelation, they said that I was confused. that another program allowed for 2 wks, while this one allowed only for TWO DAYS and would not cancel or refund me. How could I have known about the other program??? They said that it was against their policy, despite the fact that the active date was one week from when I reach out, and during the holidays, which I pointed out. I tried explaining my position, and asked them to stand behind their product. They said, "oh, sorry, you signed something agreeing to two day cancelation." These guys know that their demographic are realtors who are wearing many hats and don't always have time for these little details in their own lives, and thinking they can trust other professionals. I get the strong sense that these guys are making money for doing nothing. When I inquired further, their answer is that it's against their policy to issue refunds after 2 days because technically, you can finish the program in 6 days.... An unconscionable advantage is a legal term noting when one party exploits an element of oppression or surprise and exacts an unreasonably low and favorable circumstance or terms for themselves. These are elements of fraud, undue influence or deceit. (As the company "terms" are set up as a loop-hole for themselves). Reimbursing a potential customer for $150-something shouldn't be seen as a loss. Under these given conditions, it's incredibly bad customer service to force someone to pay for a learning program that is so limited, especially when that student reaches out stating that it doesn't fit their learning style. It's obvious that US Realty training doesn't stand behind their product, and has a horrible business model.

I was excited to sign up with US Realty Training California over all the other services out there. They offer comprehensive courses at competitive prices. I opted for the online course because of its convenience. I also got hooked on their engaging videos I saw on YouTube. Robert Rico is an excellent teacher. The current videos offered are not the ones of him in a classroom. They have been updated to provide the latest information needed to pass the exam. There are also live courses offered. Note that adding the videos on Real Estate Practice, Principles and Finance or adding the exam Crash Course videos will both incur additional charges.

What you need for the test is all in the book and PowerPoint presentations. Although many people find them useful, the videos are not essential to passing the exam. No matter which options you choose, reading the book is a must. The online courses also include a State Exam Prep course and practice tests.

Even though US Realty Training CA can be done online, they still provide excellent guidance. You can contact your team member or anyone at their main office and they are there to help. That made all the difference.

I went to this school and was not too happy regarding their professionalism. I had one instructor, Victor Hugo, who was rude so I switched classes with Brian Collin. He was very nice. However, on rare occasions, he would watch the game. One time, it was so many pauses because he would just stare at the game and not say anything or he would talk about the game. He stopped like 10 times on that occasion. I was very annoyed. They are also kinda pricey considering all the flaws in the program.

The programme is full of up-to-date data. Everything is organised and accurate. I really enjoyed it.
And the results are there.

All in good order.
There is a lot of up-to-date information.
Use it quite often.

Having a place to go to for questions in real life makes learning better than just online studies. Veronica has the best experences and real life stories that add so much to the classroom. Can't wait to get my license, and thanks to this class I feel prepared.

I would just say that Glad to have chosen CA Realty Training. My instructor have good experience and very happy to start my Real Estate Career.

Class was interesting, left with more knowledge than before I took the classes. Victor Hugo was very patient, engaging and gave us real life tip and tricks of the industry. Quite an inspirational person.

The instructor, Rico, was really great at keeping the class interesting and keeping the attention of the class. I ended up passing the Real Estate Exam on the first try, so whatever information was imparted in the class stuck in my brain well enough for me to do so. Thanks, CA Realty Training.

I started attending her classes on Saturdays at your Beverly Hills, CA location last December 2016. I just wanted to take this time to let you what a fantastic instructor she is! She has inspired and motivated me to someday become like her.

I admire her enthusiasm and down-to earth character. She has so much knowledge to share with her students. Renee is the utmost professional and expert in her field! Not only does she take the time to answer all of my questions, she has become a great colleague, adviser, and a new friend! She also goes the extra mile and makes sure to check up on my progress and gives me support in showing me the path to SUCCESS!

There's a lot of work to do with this new career--but as Renee said to me--"You only get out, what you put into it!" Hello, yes I would and have recommended this course to many (5) people already. I like the connection that is maintained between the trainers & trainees. The help desk is actually helpful too. I am very Happy.
The only con, and I think its being addressed is to improve the software for the reading material - it gets a bit blurry sometime/ random pages.
other than that. I am pretty satisfied.

The school itself was great! Teaching format as well as the practice exams in the book. Really liked how the online guidance prepared you for the test. I gave it 3 stars because during my 3 month enrollment we had teachers change frequently. Some didn't teach at a level that I felt was sufficient. Taught you as if you were familiar with real estate and not being new to it. With that going into detail about particular subjects, really making sure you got it and understood it was non existent. Felt like I learned more by reading the chapters instead of the classroom setting. When the owner of the company subbed I felt like I learned more in that one day then I did during the entire classroom enrollment. With that being said I made sure to study the book, questions and the practice exams sufficently and passed the exam on the first try. I am now a CA licensed real estate salesperson!

Great real estate program! Awesome teachers! If you want to get into the real estate field, this is the place for you!
