Care Circle Reviews 

I am very disappointed with my experience with Care Circle. I worked with the agency for 10 months, giving my time and commitment to the organisation. However, when I needed proper support regarding my employment and reference for my next job opportunity, I felt extremely let down. And now they are playing policital game with my job opportunity. They are making their own policies each and every minute. If you call sick they will say you have dedection for that. If we ask for reference they said the policy will not allow to give reference I didn't signed any agreement with that. But each and every minute they are making all.

I made repeated attempts to communicate with HR and requested a reference, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally. The lack of proper communication and support caused me unnecessary stress and affected my employment opportunity.

After working with Care Circle for 10 months, I expected better treatment, communication and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing, and based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Care Circle to others looking for a reliable care agency.

Very good experience

I have been working alongside Care Circle for Approx. 3 years. I focus on turn around of services that are experiencing challenges. Usually and from experiences, there have been staffing issues in these services. Care circle have provided exemplary staff and this has supported service improvement. On a number of occasions Care Circle colleagues have been the majority of staff within the service whilst there is a recruitment drive on-going. The staff provided are caring, knowledgeable and trained to a high standard. The staff are respectful, and can work with minimal direction, the staff work well as a team or on their own.

The operations team understand the challenges and the pressures that this can cause, they are supportive and any issues are dealt with swiftly. The team provide a full compliance report, and staffing profiles that are quality monitored and always reviewed on time, inline with CQC requirements. There is a portal where the team members can be booked, and block booked for longer term usage. Invoices are logged for an easy audit trail if needed.

I am very grateful to the whole team at Care Circle and their wonderful team members, as I embark on another service improvement, I am very proud to have them on board again to support with this. Thank you so much.

They go above and beyond to support the care home and always at short notice. Take advise and action concerns immediately whilst u see standing current situations. Friendly staff and very professional

I was hired and told me that they will give lots of hours. But they can't even give me even 20 hours per week. I was struggling with the job and even there was not a shift update. Always call me on the spot for the shift. I don't know about other areas, But I was working in Norwich, All the staff there have the same experience. Very very bad experience. I don't prefer anyone to join care circle.

The carers allocated to covering 1:2:1 care are professional, polite, caring and understanding of the needs of our resident.
It is a pleasure to have them.

Care circle have been providing night care for my Mum lately. We have found every carer to be kind and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful team
