Great course! User friendly and informative

I recently completed a course with Caredemy and had a really positive experience overall. Although I initially enrolled in the wrong course by mistake, the content was still well-structured, easy to follow, and full of useful information.

The platform itself was straightforward to use, and I appreciated how clearly everything was laid out. The modules were engaging and informative, and I was able to take away knowledge that will definitely be helpful in my role.

Even though it wasn’t the exact course I intended to book, I’m still glad I took part and would happily usr Care again in the future. A smooth and professional learning experience!

Caredemy course modules are highly educative, well-structured, and easy to navigate. Learning using Caredemy modules is easy to understand, well researched and has enriched my knowledge base on being a better carer. I now have a better understanding as regards service users with dementia as well as other mental health issues. Safeguarding knowledge, acquired here also has made me more confident in how I would protect the service users and other care providers from harm by ensuring their wellbeing and safety are that they are free from abuse or neglect

I had a great experience completing my course with Caredemy. The platform was easy to navigate, and the learning materials were clear, well structured, and genuinely useful, I found my self reading it over and over to realise that some of this happened in every day life not just for people in special care, it's every day care. I really appreciated how flexible the course was, it allow me to study at my own pace without feeling rushed.

What Caredemy does particularly well is making professional training accessible and straightforward. No need for physical classroom time. The content felt relevant to real world care settings, made me feel like I am already in the field of practice as a professional carer. The assessment were fair and clearly explained. There are so many providers to choose from but I chose this Caredemy course because you could retake the modules.

What I liked was how everything was laid out and explained in the beginning and you can see all the course content involved. You are provided with everything that you need, you can download and print the workbooks and importantly, you can study as you prefer and when you prefer. What I liked was that you can go over anything that you find confusing as many times as you want. A huge plus for me was that all the links to get additional information were in the workbook so there is no searching for anything.

The workbooks have everything that you need to pass but as this Care Certificate is the framework it is great to have all the information links for the next levels. I will be purchasing further courses from Caredemy as I like having everything given to me in the beginning.
