I am glad I chose Carefree Destinations to book my trip to Puerto Vallarta. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I felt truly cared for in the process. I will use Carefree Destinations in the future to book my travel.

She has a rude tone. She over talks, does not answer questions clear and has a sarcastic demeanor I hung up because there was no clarity in the call

Everything went smoothly no issues, awesome company

She's a disrespectful, condescending, incompetent, rude scam artist! I wasted 5 minutes of my time with this ham brain...I asked if there's an immediate monetary obligation and she says no, then proceed to ask for my credit card. Uuggghh...

I always see companies advertising vacations on social media, and I always worry if they are legit or not. For those of you wondering about Carefree Destinations, they are truly legit. Booking was so easy over the phone, they send a follow-up up email with all information and instructions afterward. I did call back a while later to make sure I followed all the steps correctly, and that was a very pleasant experience as well. I got through right away, and they had all the information pull up off my phone number. Great customer service! The best part is the resort! Beautiful, great food and pools! You will not be disappointed!always

The apartments for two of us ideally located behind a hotel in Livingstone,Zambia.Named Victoria apartments.Ideally situated for exploring Victoria Falls.

We stayed at the Grand Luxe in Nuevo Vallarta. It was a very nice resort and we even got upgraded! The rooms were awesome and the staff was very accommodating and helpful! The tours were great and the Rhythm of the night tour is a must! Highly recommend!

My family had an amazing time! I was skeptical at first booking and seemed too good of a deal to be true but it turned out great. The agent who helped me explained the process - which resorts, buying & booking. We loved the resort and all the staffs were amazing. We had a great memory that’s one for the books for sure!

The room we stayed in was terrible. It was not what I am use to at all. Full size beds for a family of four. There was no view of anything. I didn't have access to anything. Now I can say the one thing I liked was the food but it was wwwayyy overpriced. This is something they should explain to customers. The cost of food what types of rooms they will expect to get. Not what I signed up for at all. All that being said the resort was huge everywhere was a walk a 5 to 10 min walk at that. The customer service at this place was teerrrribbllleee. This place is not a place I would recommend to anyone of my people to stay at. That being said this made the first part of the trip terrible. I should have booked everything myself. I was not a happy person at this place. Now I can say the one thing I liked was the food but overpriced wwwayyy overpriced.

All the employees were great to deal with. Very helpful. The process to book with them is easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
